I have used this a few times so far and it is great. it will be getting a lot of use in the run up to Christmas. I find plenty of different places to spend with.

This company tried to take a direct debit from my mother in laws account today. The bank told us of this,she has never had anything to do with the company what so ever.😳

In July this year I purchased an overnight stay in a luxury hotel and it was superb

A huge variety of retailers and supermarkets saving me money every week. Gift cards are received quickly by email so I can use instantly wherever I am on the High Street or when shopping at home. A great experience so far and I will definitely renew for another year.

There are many supercard offers included such as free holidays, flight ticket. In addition it allows me to save many £s in shopping as it covers many super markets and fashion stores. Only annoying thing I experienced is some times the site won’t open to redeem the gift cards. Hopefully they will sort it in the future.

I have been using it for nearly two years now and saved a lot of money. Good selection of shops and the vouchers are emailed quickly.

The super card provided many discounts on high street shopping where I’ve been able to save loafs of money. I would recommend it for all of you are looking to save money during current cost of living crisis!

I had a call saying that my IVA creditors had asked for this to happen and I needed to sign up. I said at the time I had £12 to my name and I really couldn’t do it right now. I was crying on the phone.

He then proceeded to tell me that I just needed to pay for shipping and it was £3 and I would really benefit from this. I also said that I will not use the card and I don’t understand why they want me to have this card.

I get a letter through and immediately cancel this as it said I had 14 from my call which actually by the time the letter appeared I had 3 days. Was a nightmare to cancel and then received a call the following day with a bit of an attitude. This also was back in June.

Fast forward today- £69.99 has been taken from my account. Considering I have confirmed that it was cancelled with a cancellation number. So why are they still taking money from me for absolutely no reason?

I’m sure if the right person signed up they would love it. But I was so upset and the person just kept pushing. People like that disgust me.

In 2018 I was signed up to this scheme by a seller in the street, the seller missold the product to me, particularly with regards to the hotel and holiday stays. After speaking with the vendor who sold me the product they admitted they had misold it and therefore said they would agree to a full refund. However, when contacting customer services, this became a lot more difficult and in the end . Although they put in writing, they would no longer take any more subscription fees from me. They refuse to give me a refund for the Miss sold product. However, luckily I got one through my card provider after I showed them the evidence Luckily. Fast forward to just today I had a 69.99 fee attempted to be taken out of my card, bearing in mind this Whole debacle was 6 years ago after I had the bad experience with them. No idea how they have my new card details or anything. Luckily it went down as fraud and however my card has now been cancelled causing me a massive inconvenience. I contacted supercard and although they once again said the same that it was cancelled and they would not be taking any more fees, they could not explain to me how this had happened. I'm now told I have to wait for it to be escalated to get answer and in fact this escalation would be to get a refund of the 69.99. so I am lucky that my card provider rejected that a transaction as fraud had they not. I would still be 69.99 for a subscription I never joined. Never authorised or never agreed to. They gave me a date of 23rd September 2023 had no interaction with the company whatsoever or signed up to anything with them since 2018. disgraceful behaviour. I bet most of the five star unfour-Star reviews on this trust pilot are fake

My roommate got a call saying she had won a 3 month trial due to paying her bills on time for a year. She recieved a letter 9 days after this call stating she had signed up for a 14 day trial period and she would be charged £249.95 after the 14 day trial period. Due to a 72 hr wait to cancel this only left her 3 days left to cancel on time.

The phone line goes through to an automated voicemail situation. Company needs closed down, they are scammers looking to steal money from unsuspecting consumers.
