I've booked holidays with this company a few times now and everything is made so easy! Natalie Pitman helped us from the start, choosing a suitable holiday, right through to getting our boarding passes, without a hitch. The hotel choices have been amazing, catering to my gluten-free needs as promised. I would definitely recommend.

We recently booked our family holiday through Natalie, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

From the very beginning, Natalie was incredibly responsive, always replying to emails quickly and being available whenever we needed information or reassurance. She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for as a family while keeping within our budget. Her advice and suggestions were excellent and really helped us choose the best option for our needs.

The holiday itself was absolutely perfect. One of our biggest priorities when travelling is finding accommodation that can safely cater for allergies. Two members of our family have coeliac disease, and our son is also allergic to dairy, egg and soy, so this is a major consideration for us when booking a holiday. Natalie carefully selected a hotel that was exceptionally allergy-aware and catered for us better than anywhere we’ve stayed before.

Knowing that our dietary requirements were understood and accommodated allowed my husband and me to truly relax at mealtimes, which is something we rarely get to do when travelling. That peace of mind was invaluable and made such a difference to our holiday experience.

Natalie was very helpful and knowledgeable with supporting us to find a hotel and holiday which met all of our families requirements, from my elderly parents, teenage children and coeliac husband.
