Sunbright Energy couldn't have been a better company to install our solar panels with. They were fantastic from start to finish, answering every single question we had and even following up several years later with a cleaning service. When we moved house, they handled the transfer of ownership documents incredibly smoothly for us, which was so helpful at a time when we already had a lot of other forms to contend with! Nothing is too much trouble for this company, look no further if you want to install panels at home!!

Oliver was very quick in his responses and the whole process was refreshingly simple. They arrived on time and everything was installed quickly by a polite efficient team. Very good service that we would highly recommend.

I wanted a battery added to an existing solar panel system which had been installed more than a decade ago. The battery can fill from the solar panels or from the grid based on a schedule I set to take advantage of cheap night rate electricity which I manage from an app. The sunbright team were excellent at explaining the process, were able to install at a date earlier than initially quoted and the installation was quick and efficient taking approximately half a day. All waste was removed and I am very happy with the installation.

Very professional and gave me the confidence to be able to make the right decisions to use them and the work was carried out on the days that were arranged

Oliver was very patient and approachable taking time to explain all the options. All of the fitters that installed the equipment were engaging and efficient, they kept us informed and asked us how we would like things installed/located etc.

Sunbright have been brilliant. The installation was simple and very well done. Oliver is always efficient and incredibly helpful.
After 2 years everything is still working brilliantly. The equipment has all been faultless and the few issues we have had (such as changing our wifi or needing to change battery charging hours to suit new tariffs) have been sorted by Oliver straight away with no payment required.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We bought a house that had been empty for 3 years and had a solar system in place. We had no paperwork and no clue where to start. Oliver has talked us through our options, liased with energy providers on our behalf and kept in regular contact with us. This is all without us instructing sunbright energy to carry out any work for us. I can not recommend Oliver highly enough and would not use anyone else
