The platform was easy to use. Didn't feel rushed. Provided some great information to familiarize myself with the process. Turn around time for certificate was fast.

My opinion they just want your money
My opinion they just want your money, you give them your debt information and they use a calculator to total your debt to income ratio. Very basic call to get a certificate. And your money.

It was great
It was great! However, just a bit of feedback- I chose the email option to communicate with a counselor and completed my course at 8- something PM. The information stated the email counselors were available to respond till 6pm so I put my phone away for the night and next day I saw an email from a counselor at 9- something PM? I wish I would’ve known this and I would’ve been on the lookout so I could’ve completed it sooner.
