Bad battery life

I bought a pair of Sudio N2 Pro, and the sound is ok but the battery life when using them is crap! Last for approx 45 min, then they have to be put back in the box to be charged. Tried to contact costumers support via mail but got no feedback.

Excellent Customer Service

Bought a pair of A3 earphones and after a little while it had an issue with the pins where, when the earbuds were in the charging case it stayed connected to my phone. The service and warranty department for sudio was very helpful and replaced them for me.

Professionelle Störungsbehebung in meinem Fall

Einer meiner Ohrhörer aus der Reihe E3 hat nach knapp 2 Monaten aufgehört zu funktionieren. Störung online an Sudio gemeldet und am nächsten Tag genaue Anweisung bekommen, wie man das Problem lösen könnte. Diese Anweisung wurde umgesetzt und der Ohrhörer funktioniert wieder.

Købte et par Sudio N3 Pro - Skuffet!

Købte et par Sudio N3 Pro, da jeg skulle have et par nye høretelefoner efter at mine elskede Wavell efter flere års brug, havde "givet op".
Ville egentlig gerne købe et par nye Wavell, men kikket på andre skandinaviske mærker og valgte at købe Sudio N3 Pro.
Men sikke en skuffelse...
En virkelig "flad" og "hul" lyd der ikke gengiver musikken ret godt og så er lyden virkelig lav. Jeg er nødt til at bruge en app for at forstærke lyden, så jeg kan bruge Sudio N3 Pro når jeg træner eller støvsuger. Og med appen, bliver lyden - om muligt endnu mere forringet.
Grunden til at jeg trods alt giver to stjerner og ikke en enkelt, er at det er god pasform. Men pasformen vejer ikke op på den virkelig manglende lydkvalitet - og volume.
Skuffet, meget skuffet.

I have Sudio K2 Pro and the build and…

I have Sudio K2 Pro and the build and sound quality is unusually disappointing. Can’t even remotely compare to same price B&O headphones. I honestly feel misled by the branding and the support is not replying. Do yourself a favour and buy an actual functioning headphones from proper brand.

I recently contacted the cs for assistance to operate my earbuds. While trying to resolve my issue, the CS, Alex found that my earbud is faulty and since is under warranty, he arranged for a replacement. I am very satisfied with the experience with the team. Fast and efficient.

Excellent customer support experience.

I purchased a pair of Sudio Pro at an airport and found out that one of the earbuds was not working. Upon my return from my trip, I contacted customer support, and I had a great experience! Alex was very quick to reply to my messages and a replacement was offered. I think Sudio has an excellent customer support department.

The charging connector of Sudio 12 is broken

I received a quick response from Alex at Sudio regarding my problem with a broken charging port on the Sudio 12. Unfortunately, there were no spare parts available and it was a model that is no longer available. I was offered to purchase another Sudio model at a favorable price and with free shipping. I am very grateful to Sudio and Alex for the excellent support and the solution to my problem.

No worth!!!!

I’m really disappointed with these Sudio N2 Pro earphones. There’s no volume control, no app to customize anything, and the battery life is much shorter than advertised. They often disconnect or desynchronize, so one earbud plays alone until you reset them — which happens way too often. The sound is also extremely quiet, even with maximum volume on the phone.

Honestly, these earphones don’t meet even the minimal standards for this price range. There are many other brands on the market offering much better quality and functionality for the same or even lower price. I regret buying them — not recommended.

N2 Pro Left Earbud Issue Was Resolved

Bought the N2 Pro on August 2024, encountered a problem on the left earbud on September 2025. Although the warranty already passed, the customer service (Carrie) was willing to help me out, observing the condition of the earbuds, and suggesting few things to try. After a few days of trying their recommendation, finally my left earbud is fixed and can be used normally. Really appreciate their extra mile to help me out.

Missljud av skorrande

Jag har trånga öron-kanaler och letade efter in-ear lurar som liknar AirPods, då dessa är de enda som fungerar för mig fysiskt att kunna höra ljud genom lurar.

Gissa om min besvikelse när basen skorrar. Jag är även ljudkänslig (både vid kakafoni och misofoni) och har samtidigt absolut gehör, vilket gav en hemskt negativ upplevelse av det missljud som uppstår när basen skorrar även vid låg volym.

Jag köpte (online) dessa för min 50-års resa på måndag, för att kunna sova med min sambo i samma hotellrum. Nu vet jag inte vad jag ska göra med dessa lurar.

Warranty Support and Replacement

Sudio customer service team served me way beyond my expectations. My warranty process was handled so quickly and efficiently that i have no words to describe their attention to details for their customers satisfaction. Avoid

I used these headphones only a couple of times and unfortunately, I was never able to get them working properly. From the start, only the right earbud would connect — I tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but could never get both to sync. The audio quality was also noticeably poor, even when just using the single connected earbud.

I reached out to customer service hoping for a resolution, but received little to no meaningful support. The responses were unhelpful and ultimately led nowhere. For a product that’s supposed to offer convenience and quality, this was a letdown on both fronts.

Overall, I would not recommend these headphones. The build quality feels cheap, connectivity is unreliable, and the customer support experience left a lot to be desired. Best to avoid and look elsewhere.

A frivolous company

I have tried to buy from their polish site, my order went through and I was waiting for them to ship it and then it got cancelled they write me email saying it was error price. They delated WHOLE Polish site. I don't understand what's going on. The price was 40 when normally it's 160. They offer me 10% discount. Also it was just charger nothing special. Don't trust them.

EDIT. Don't be funny. You said that now when error occured.

Fra dårligt køb til virkelig god service

Købte Sudio Tolv earplugs, men de virkede ikke da jeg modtog dem, de kunne ikke lades op. Skrev til Sudio Serviceteam, som har erstattet mit køb, endda med opgradering til Sudio N2 pro. Har nu modtaget de nye earplugs, og må bare sige god lyd, bedre pasform i øret og fantastisk service.
