Overall the product shipped very quickly for international, was delayed in customs but that’s likely due to World Cup. Product looked nice but was disappointed that it was the wrong size as they don’t clearly specify that they are using UK sizes. Had to spend money returning and am out the $25 shipping fee. Hopefully refund is processed quickly.

Delivery was slow. Customer service was rude. And when I received my package my experience leading up to it ruined the excitement

These people sent me a misprinted jersey, admitted fault, then had the audacity to ask me to return it at my own time as I explained I am unable to take time off work to get to a post office.

When I pushed back, their generous solution was a 50% refund. Half my money. Gone. For a product I cannot use and never asked for.

I am being financially punished for their incompetence. They made the mistake, they keep half the money, and I am left holding a piece of garbage.
This company is a disgrace. Their customer service is an insult and their quality control is non-existent.

Anyone who gives them your money deserves fair warning: when they stuff up your order, and they will, you are on your own. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely devastated their number prints completely ruined my new England shirt. I have been printing my own shirts for over 20 years. I have done so many and I use machine and also iron when needed. In all my years I have never come across anything like this before. The number would just not stick properly and the plastic would just not peel. I tried so many ways but the number would just rip if I attempted to pull away from the shirt. They must be faulty??? I have never come across anything like this? My new England World Cup shirt is completely ruined because of this. I definitely can not recommend buying any of their numbers or lettering or anything like that. I’m now without a shirt for the World Cup. How can something so simple go so wrong? Maybe I was unlucky and just got a dud one??? But that does not help now my shirt is ruined. I have pictures and videos of this. I have no response from them as of yet.

I ordered this on June 5th and got it the 18th, grandsons birthday already passed. He will like it but
I wished I had known how small it was and I would order a ten. Quality no better than a $12 shirt in Ocean City. It cost me $50!!! Will not order anymore.

You guys pulled a fast one on me. You had a Barcelona Lamine Yamal jersey on Sale and did not indicate that it was defective, or at least not up to standard. The name on the back was not placed properly.
I would like a partial refund as this has been the worst experience I've had with you guys, and I've been buying from you for 10+ years.
