I have been wearing Stussy for over 20 years and since ordering online with Stussy.co.uk I have had a very mixed experience.

My last experience with them was that I ordered a replacement t-shirt for the one that was too small in a larger size. It never arrived. Apparently it never made it too the couriers. Order cancelled, refund - no problem. However the one I returned at cost to myself has never been refunded. Since I sent the tracking showing it had arrived and was received at the warehouse no further comms has been received and no other emails have been replied to. No one picks up the phone from the number on the website.

This company representing Stussy are doing a massive disservice and damage to a great brand. I really don't think that Sean or Frank would be pleased to hear about how they are treating their European customers.

I won't personally be ordering from Stussy.co.uk again and will look elsewhere, which is a real shame.

Ordered a 100€ hoodie and paid 15€ for delivery. It didnt arrive at the time it should so i send an email to them asking where my package is and they answered that it had been send back to them since the courier couldnt get it to my house. I didnt get any information that the package was even coming so how would i know when to be at home receiving the package? It has been a month now and i have not got my money back still.. Cant recommend ordering from this store.

Disgusting service. Teenager bought a £60 tee paid £9 delivery. They sent wrong size their error. Despite repeated attempts to contact no reply.

Cost £13 to return and no refund. It has been signed for yet still no refund and no response!!!!

Never ever will buy from this company again!

Do not order from this company. I have tried to explain to them about p&p laws what they clearly don't understand... by online distance selling laws the customer only pays for one of the p&p costs regardless of the reason of the return. This company refuses to listen and is completely rude and unhelpful. I will be taking my complaint up with paypal!!

Well when you a longtime fan there isn't much to say. I am always happy with their products and the site is doing fine. I get my stuff in time always and never wrong order or something.

Bought a hoody for £110 for one of my sons for Christmas at the end of November and returned it to Stussy after Christmas as my son didn't like the colour.

Stussy will not give me my money back and haven't offered an exchange, instead they sent it back to me with UPS!!

Stussy is obviously an unprofessional company that don't hold customers in high regard. I believe they need profit to survive.....

Total ripoff. Ordered a size m, got xxl. Won't answer emails. Beware of online purchasing. No customer service

I purchased an on sale t-shirt, supposed sized Large, despite being absolutely enormous, I just want to exchange for a smaller size, do not use this website to buy clothes their sizes are inaccurate and customer service is poor.
