Bought three watches. Months later, none work anymore, and Sterling has discontinued the watches, so they can't help me. Wouldn't recommend buying, there are too many good places to buy watches to deal with people that don't care about their customers.

1. Automatic watch stopped working after months of use.
2. Other watch, the second arm jumped off after a few months.
3. Third watch the watch showed up with the "g" in the sterling logo loose inside the watch head.

Almost bought one "on sale" but discovered it's just a budget Chinese-made watch being marketed with a massive RRP to allow dodgy sellers (like Debenhams!) to claim to be selling them with a huge 80%-90% discount. It's little more than a scam to target the gullible. Avoid.

I bought what was advertised as a top of the range watch for my husband’s 70th birthday and the whole experience has been abysmal
The watch claimed to have been originally £3,000 and was reduced to £250.00 and was a diver’s watch.
My husband’s birthday was in May and he certainly didn’t wear it every day, may be 10 times in total before the winder dropped off. Without this vital part the watch was useless and there was no way of fixing it back on.
I contacted Debenham’s and after a week was told to send it back to Stuhrling. I was asked if I would prefer a refund or a replacement and I opted for a refund.
It is almost three weeks since the tracking showed the watch arrived at Stuhrling and had I not sent endless emails would have been told nothing. What I have had communicated to me is it is being repaired and this could take up to 4 weeks.So at this moment in time I have no correspondence whatsoever from Stuhrling and have paid £250.00 for nothing. I have no money nor any product.
Had I been more diligent and looked at the reviews I wouldn’t have touched this company with a barge pole.

I was about to write a really long poor review about Surhrling and Debenhams but I have already wasted far too much time with these companies chasing a faulty watch. Basically look at the other reviews as I have experienced the same diabolic service!

Purchased Datemaster Swiss Automatic 1020 42mm Classic watch in October 24 [via Debenhams] and by March, strap had failed rendering watch unwearable and day/date winder sticks.
Activated warranty within days of receipt of watch and received confirmation from Stuhrling.
All emails to Stuhrling customer service re faults remain unanswered.
Really disappointed, though reading the online reviews I am not surprised.
Buy their products at your own risk.

Ordered a sturhling watch in November
Took ages to arrive and did think it was a scam but eventually received it, broken. Sent it back for exchange. Lost in post twice now and still waiting for the third time for exchange. 39 emails later still waiting. Customer service are very apologetic and lovely but still don’t have the watch

We should all complain to the Watchdig show on tv there’s enough of us

I bought a stuhrling watch from debenhams online and it arrived within 4 days, a lovely watch at a good price.

I have given it one star if there was 0 that's what I would give it. Purchased a watch from debenhams for christmas present. When received it it was broken I have been sending emails to and fro since boxing day. I was told to send the watch back so I did now all of a sudden the watch has gone missing in the post. I have asked for a full refund if not I will be taking debenhams and stuhrling through a small claims court. Shocking service do not purchase from either companies

es buena experiencia si tengo 4. y si me alcanza voy por el 5 desde el 2022 y van bien. con movimientos suizo como ronda 762 e, japoneses como seiko, y chino como pts resources 2650sz, con resistencia al agua mínima de 50m y no soy metalúrgico para decir que son de acero; pero el acero no es una aleación pregunto no. eso si, si el marqueting les cae pues el mrsp mejor en tienda de joyería con promoción. dicen hacer compras inteligentes pero no vea a ningún comprador comprándolos nuevos por debajo de 100 dólares. además son industriales de menos de 500 dólares. y fabrican tourbillones que en europa costarian 10 veces mas. no se mucho prejuicio veo me gustan y los diseños son bonitos, tienen cosas que arreglar con el mrsp y lo del origen y la garantía que la debe ofrecer el intermediario. pero es mejor que comprar un falso rolex o un falso de lujo. no los compren con eso los ponen en promo y me sale mas barato comprar el que quiero. si quieren lujo ahi estan lo de por encima de 500 dolares esta marca no es para snob de pronto para coleccionistas de verdad. donde diran bonito diseño, poco robusto, un poco caro y lo tengo por mas de 5 años de resto es palabreria. gózalos súfrelos eso es parte de la vida arriésguese a que le guste o no. y si quieren algo bonito tambien estan los loreo.

It is without a doubt the worst watch brand on the market. It is technically as good as fake, their story is decietful pretending to be named after a Swiss/German watch maker yet the name has ever been registered in either country and no records of said watch maker, they claim to be a watch set for budget price for good quality yet it is all Chinese components etc the very cheapest of the cheap.

They list the MRRP (Manufacturers recommend retail price) high and pretend it is on sale at 80%-90%

Ironically, even on their own website and NEW release. So if they are the manufacturer, how can they list a watch at £3,000 MRRP and instant discount to £300 on their own website on a new release. It's a common trick.

The company don't resolve refunds and if damaged it cost more to send back to USA.

The watch is the cheapest of the cheap flimsy fake Chinese components pretending to be a German/Swiss brand while run buy a scammer in USA

The crown fell out as soon as I opened it too, it doesn't lock in and doesn't change the date etc

Reading all these negative reviews I had to give my opinion,firstly Debenhams have been first class I've ordered many times with no problems and customer contact was perfect,my latest purchase of a stuhrling watch was first class as it arrived quickly and I loved the quality of the watch so well-done to all involved

Like many many other's here I to ordered a watch on the 16th December was told 3-5 days delivery. Its now 31st January and still nothing?

After numerous emails between myself and Debenhams customer services (losely termed) constantly apologising etc etc. I also said it was a scam my last email from customer services (Melbourne?) Please give it until 1st February to contact the again.

Avoid at all costs both Debenhams and Shurchling complete scam.

I will keep you posted on developments.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I mailed them a watch to repair. They sent it back to the wrong address. Basically they lost my watch They put in a claim to FedEx for them to get paid for the wrong address but not for me to get paid. Now I am out the repair fees and a watch and they got paid for it. Customer Service is an absolute joke. I must’ve written 20 emails and called 20 times and nobody ever answers nobody ever emails. The watch isn’t that great anyway so don’t buy anything from here.
UPDATE: After months of not hearing from these people, I called FedEx to see what was going on. I learned from FedEx that Sterling put in a claim for my lost watch and are going to receive $495 for MY lost watch. When I gave them the FedEx employee’s name and told them I had recorded the conversation then they decided they were gonna send me a watch. Somehow, I doubt I will get it but here’s to hoping.

I bought a watch through Debenhams from this company I returned the watch as I didn't like it I hadn't heard from the company after several emails I got 1 reply then nothing from them I returned the watch around 6 weeks ago. Do not buy anything from this company customer service is non existent they do not reply to emails 🙄

Do not purchase. Good price and looks good but rubbish.
I bought a watch from this company via Debenhams. It arrived promptly and I put it away for a xmas present.
When I went to use it the watch would not work. The hand would move only for 10 min and stop. Battery checked out ok. Contacted Debenhams who referred me to Stuhrling. I coud only return watch within 30 days (this was 40 days) for a refund or send it back for repair $30 minimum. Not worth it.

DESPITE WRITING TO YOU ON 28/1/25 AS REQUESTED I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES
