Have not used product yet. So unable to review.
Easy to order from website however delivery went missing due to address mixup.
Quick response from Strucsol regarding the delivery mixup. All resolved.

I gave the wrong delivery address and customer services were very helpful in sorting out the issue so I received my order and it didn't go to the wrong address

The service I received was very good. I also have no doubt that the 2 pack epoxy will repair my wall when the weather cools off.

However the product is a problem for me personally. I have discovered that I'm allergic to it.

I unpacked the parcel, scooping out the packing materials with my hands and put it in the recycling bin. Handling it probably took 5 mins. I then handled the actual items to check everything was present and placed them in my garage.

A short time later I realised I was having an adverse reaction. The back of my right hand was red and was developing little hives like stinging neetles produce. And, as I had touched my face, my lips and nose had the prickles. I immediately washed with cool soapy water and took a tablet of antihistamine, which I repeated the following morning, and by the following evening all was well.

So readers, handle with caution, and wear protective gloves and a mask in case you are also allergic to the product. I am getting a man in to do the work and will ensure he will be protected.

Does what it says on the tin basically

This was easy to use and the kit contained quality materials the glue was solid, I would recommend highly and I will use this brand always

Very misleading opening statements on website! , It states free delivery over £100, doesn’t explain before vat, it states next day delivery if ordered before 14.30! Only if you choose next day… I can get next day delivery any where , if I pay.

Experience wasn't great i used do structural repairs before I retired and thought the company underestimated how many tubes of chemical anchor per kit was needed for 6 bars . Need to buy one extra locally delivery was good

Well made product, delivered on time. Expensive but probably worth it. Worked very well.

The product I’m sure will be fine - I’ve yet to use it, but the experience was marred by the choice of courier, naming no names. The package was left just inside my front gate. No attempt to walk the six paces down our front path to put in our porch like every other courier. No advice received that it had been delivered thereby open to the elements and potential theft.

Very pleased with the product quick delivery however one of the items ordered was not what I received I did inform the company but had no response

They have a structual enginneer that you can speak too a really knowledgable chap called Jon i think , someone you can tell really knows his subject! Interested in buildings and where too use theyre products .

Customer service was great. Harry was very helpful! Prompt response regarding delivery and any questions I had.

Really helpful and gave me very good technical advice.
