My car was in on 4th April for a recall. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, from the ladies at the front desk to Lindsay who looked after me brilliantly (and Ryan when she was busy) excellent service from start to finish.

Imran Khan of Stratstone BMW Leeds did an Excellent job in securing my wife a JCW countryman. No pushy sales, but a genuine friendly human being. He and is colleague looked after us throughout the sale. Communication skills were top drawer.
The entire team at Leeds seem an exceptionally welcoming team. Well done 👍

Avoid, avoid, avoid, BMW Derby. Won't bore everyone with the finer. details. The aftercare is disgusting from the branch sales and service team and the branch head of business. Kaz Bilan, sales and Rob Hamilton H. o. b, should be ashamed of themselves. I can now add the Stratstone reputation executive team. Not one of them has been in contact. This is now three weeks of silence. Now raised with Pendragon. See how that goes.

Buying an approved used car, the service was really good. Unfortunately after the purchase the follow on care is terrible. Difficult to even speak to someone nevermind resolve the issue. On this occasion I had to go elsewhere and pay for work that was allegedly carried out in store. Awful experience and takes away the joy of owning a nice car.

Terrible experience in buying my new car.

I was a returning customer due to previous positive experience however this time round nothing short of abysmal.

Salesman - Michael Gray, yes I am going to name and shame clearly does not know what customer service is. Waited until contract signed and monies changed 30k, before informing me carvonly got one key - when challenged said he would order a new one immediately. Following day an email to say he needed the V5 ( takes up to 28 days). Considering going to one car family this caused significant inconvenience to myself and wife. Not only that was blatantly lied to and when handed key.

I asked for him to show me functionality of IDRIVE . He walked away and said will send an email, yip thats it. Furthermore I wanted to buy a service plan, guess what he couldn't do and said will send you an email with link. No email received.

I left angry when this shoukd of been a great positive experience.

Got home and found the car needed a service in 5 months - so even unhappier.

I did contact sales manager Chris immediately who apologised and offered me a free 1st service.

I emailed 4 weeks later the v5 when it came in post l. My email was never acknowledged resulting in company not getting back to me which resulted in me travelling back to dealership. I asked why email would not suffice, said the legislation stops them. Really - what legislation?

Left again a very angry customer and contacted David the overall business manager highlighting all the poor sales issues, lies, lack of communication and customer care.

He eventually accepted a scanned email for my V5 , however offered no apology for all inconvenience and upset. By doing so not accepting responsibility.

I don't normally post negative reviews and believe sorting matters out directly is the best way. In this case I feel I have no option to advise other potential buyers of the utter lack of professionalism and customer care from a premium BMW dealership.

I do however recognise the excellent Ryan, Keith and Alan Dimmick from parts and serving who helped me our with some issues I had with vehicle after purchase.

BMW Silverlink sales really do need to up their game and start delivering for customers.

Do not use Stratstone Silverlink if you are used to good customer service, it is appalling.

Just had the first service on a second hand car I bought last year from Strastone. Set up a monthly service plan when I bought the car.Service Plan keeps costs manageable and happier using BMW as the service provider. Damian as always and Ryan in the Service Dept were first class.

Stratstone Derby - appalling service. If you read the reviews it clearly shows two types of service - if they’re taking your money for a new car the service is superb when but service maintenance is needed, shocking! No management, no leadership and the service reception is ran by people who know nothing about cars. The whole experience I received this week has stopped me from buying a new BMW. - their short term thinking just demonstrates the customer experience is not a value BMW believe in!

Trying to arrange a Service since Monday.

Left several messages. No one picks up the phone and when left a message nobody calls back.

The purchase of my M4 was all done remotely, having said that Jessica Senior made the whole process feel very inclusive and personal. Would I recommend Stratstone, absolutely!
The car is gorgeous and the service was second to none! Thanks again Jessica and BMW Stratstone.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve changed our cars, but we go to Damian every time. Always helpful, nothing’s too much trouble and outstanding customer service yet again. See you next time!

Just purchased a beautiful new mini from Stratstone tyneside that i am delighted with. Mark helped get a finance deal with my old mini as part exchange, i was very pleased with it. Gary navigated me through delivery and the final fairly complex paperwork and took me through the new car. Many thanks to Mark and Gary for a great experience.

This was the 3rd BMW I’ve purchased from Damian at Stratstone Tyneside. As always the service was top notch, personable and efficient, and got a great deal on my new car too. I’m sure I’ll be back to see him in a few years for my 4th one.

My car was in the care of Stratton BMW Harrogate. The main issue is with BMW Roadside Assistance.
M BMW X6 was recovered following a blowout of a runflat tyre, and we were taken to BMW Harrogate. There the Service department told us that a replacement tyre was available, and we thought that this was good news. There was a CATCH! Unfortunately, the tyre was said to be at their BMW dealerhip in Peterborough!! It was apparently safer to wait TWO DAYS for this to be delivered To Harrogate, rather than to source a tyre locally (we had offered to put up in a hotel for the night). They could not explain this to me, but assured me that they were duty-bound to use their own stock and it was safer to do so!!
We were given a hire car, via Enterprise, but had to take a taxi to Leeds+Bradford Airport! A member of the sales staff staff kindly kept the showroom open till 7.30 so that we did not have to wait in the rain for the taxi. I must say that all the staff we dealt with at BMW Harrogate were friendly and considerate.
The rest of this is not the responsibility of BMW Harrogate, however I would STILL like to know why a tyre had to be sent from Peterborough, especially as the subsequent costs must have exceeded £1300.
We eventually left the airport at 9pm in a two door 340hp M Sport convertible, very nice but we could not get our luggage in it, and it does 22mpg!
Anyway, it took nine days for my car to arrive on a flat-back truck. So it cost BMW a nine-day hire for a £40000 car, and a 500 mile return journey Harrogate to Bath. God knows how much it cost them!
To cap it all, the delivery driver pointed out that the front bumper of my BMW had been gouged/scraped. Three weeks later I am still waiting for BMW Roadside Assistance to gather photographs and admit liability or show evidence that there was damage when recovered.

I bought a car from Derby dealership. Matt Lee-Shevloff. his customer service was excellent. He went over and above to make sure the sale went to plan. Even when things went a bit off course , he took ownership and made sure we got back on track, His manger Sam also was great with excellent customer service.i highly recommended this dealership

Do not go to stratstone hull bmw!! Brought a car!! Never call back never answer questions! State of the m4 cs was horrendous! Scratched, tyres cracked, carbon fibre loose.

If you think they’ve got no time for customers then they have even less time to check the quality of the vehicle.

Went a few weeks back to the Derby dealership with keen interest in a BMW m2 Competition. Walked into the dealership and was greeted by the reception desk. I mentioned I was here to look around the m2 with a potential test drive if possible. To what seemed around 2 staff members serving customers I was left waiting 25 minutes before a staff member walked over and bluntly said “have I been served yet, what do I want today?”. I mentioned what I was here for and he gave me the impression he didn’t want to make time for me. So it already started off on a negative note, he reluctantly said he will go get the keys from the back and walk us over to it. I asked about a potential test drive and he said no as he had another client in about half an hour and that test drives have to be booked anyway. He said he would take some details down (again reluctantly) and contact me the following week to get a test drive booked. Did I hear from him? It’s been 2 weeks and counting and I’m still awaiting a call (the car is still for sale). I’m sorry but if a customer comes into your showroom with genuine interest then they would like to be felt welcomed, especially with the price of cars in the current climate. The new layout of the showroom means most of the sales staff seem to be upstairs which doesn’t work in my opinion. The customer service needs a lot of refinement. Like I mentioned I never once felt welcomed, nor did I feel enthused by the staff. One word of advice for anyone reading this; take your money to Sytner in Nottingham. Stratstone certainly aren’t getting any of my money in the future.

Never know anything like it bought a car a couple of days ago, have rung three time to ask salesman to ring me back regarding car, not a heard a thing if this is their customer care I definitely think I'm going to cancel this sale

We purchased a car from this garage in the Silverlink. Beth, the sales advisor was brilliant. She took us through all the available options and was polite and friendly at all times. She answered all of our questions professionally and when she was unsure anout something made the immediate effort to find someone who did know.
I usually get bored and irritated when buying a car. The length of time it takes and the whole procedure in gerneral is never a good experience. This time though. I couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was.
Quite refreshing actually.
Beth was fantastic and as it’s usually the case that people complain about car salespersons. I wanted to write this to show they aren’t all the same.
She’s an asset to the company!!
I’m a happy customer and extremely happy with the car and the service I received.
