Took two appointments and two days…
Took two appointments and two days leave after wrong parts ordered. No beverages offered. I was waiting 5 hrs over two days. Not really impressed

Excellent service maintenance from Mercedes leeds
The service aftercare is brilliant,efficient staff. No waiting about and the bonus of the vehicle been valeted after the service makes a big difference it almost felt like I was recieving a new car after the service.

Would like to leave a 5 star review for a gentleman called Tyler Merritt. Both times I’ve had problems with my car, he dealt with it efficiently and has at times gone out of his way to help. Very pleased with his customer service. Would recommend Tyler to anyone that needs help at Mercedes Leeds.

Amazing experience
It was an absolute pleasure to purchase another Mercedes from the Leeds branch, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Luke Thornton.
Luke was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, making everything so easy and straightforward.
We were so impressed with Luke that I have already recommended him to someone else who is looking to purchase a new GLCElectric car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke and the Mercedes-Benz Leeds team to anyone looking for a new car.
