Booked my Porsche 911 Carrera in for a service with Porsche Centre Wolverhampton.
( I have had my 911 serviced two years ago at this Porsche centre and been very pleased)
Pavandeep was very personable, helpful and efficient and is a real asset to the dealership.

A quality dealership but then you do pay for it!

Initially given wrong advice about an issue which is why they lost a star. Once told, they were very quick to assist but collecting my car and bringing me a hire car. The issue was remedied under warranty. Overall I was pleased with the service provided.

Really good service staff at OPC Wolverhampton, a little confusion at the work I required completed and Porsches own intransigence at how the work should be completed to maintain the warranty was a bit OTT,

All went well from the first contact to picking my vehicle up, very pleased.

Trying to extend warranty. Its is up 14 April. Told we need an appointment which we can't get until 29 April. Where we have to take all the paperwork, bearing in mind, we bought the car new from them and the only owners. So what happens if there is an issue in the 15 day window? Why they can't be like other dealers with a portal, where you can enter details and pay, is beyond me.

Reception staff require customer service training. Service staff Dan and Ashley were very polite and helpful.

I was met by Amber at reception, who was fantastic and made me feel so welcome, in fact both girls on reception were wonderful and very efficient in dealing with my requirements.
Jamie was also very polite and very helpful throughout the time he dealt with me.
