Very poor service. Wasted whole day without doing any work on the car. Car needed system upgrade which did not happen. Did not provide any courtesy car or uber vouchers

Quickly resolved issue and supported throughout.

We have an electric Taycan that completely stopped working, no power to it at all. We rang Porsche to see if they could assist, but because we didn't have Porsche Assist, there was nothing they could do to help us. We have AA cover, they arrived, but because there was no electric to the car, they were nervous about moving it and damaging it. We tried to ring Porsche, the AA did, but we got no call back or support whatsoever.

We finally go the car to the garage on the Thursday, by Friday late afternoon we had received no call back with any update. When I did rang it took forever to get through, and then when we did get through, the person I spoke to didn't know what was going on. I asked for a call back, it didn't happen and then they had my car all weekend.

Finally picked it up Monday, got it home and it broke again. Rang Porsche, we have to get the aa out again and do it all again.

For a prestige company, this doesn't feel very professional?

Smiling friendly ladies on reception, offering drinks and food on arrival, Georgia was great, very helpful and clear. Love having my car thoroughly cleaned, very professionally, perfect. Thank you

Courteous and friendly staff who communicated clearly with excellent follow up and attention to detail.

My GT car was due routine service with no serious concerns although I had noted some subtle variation in drive, gear changes and cabin sounds.
Mike Pinkerton in service logged all the details and during service a minor issue with gearbox was picked up. After discussion with porsche warranty dept/ Germany, the decision was taken to replace the gearbox, under warranty (porsche approved warranty).
Prior to car going back for this work, Mike arranged a road test with gold/ master porsche tech 'Ian', who again listened to my concerns before drive.
Warranty work and further checks were carried out to see if any other causes possible. I was then asked to come for another road test with Ian before collection. I was relieved that the drive, gear shifts and cabin sound issue had been resolved - happy bunny!😊
(Nb. It wasn't just gearbox replacement that solved the concerns, also tyre pressures & lack of e-brake use etc).
To conclude, it was reassuring to get some personalised main dealer service from Mike (and also technician Ian) at Porsche Stockport. Well done and keep it up! 👏👍
