Stratstone - MINI Doncaster Anmeldelser

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in, the showroom always feels so welcoming! Special thanks to Laura and Staci for helping me, I won’t go anywhere else in future!

I was looking to buy my first mini. I went in on a busy Sunday and the team were just amazing!! So down to earth and just really lovely people. The after sales service has been just amazing too. Staci has helped me to personalise my mini. Nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely love my mini more than any other car I’ve had. And I will definitely stick to Mini Doncaster for all my mini needs

We have just purchased a mini John Works. The service was excellent. Our sales person Courtney gave 100% and more. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of cars is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. I recommend Doncaster Stratstone Mini to anyone who is searching for their next car.

Although I didn’t purchase a car from mini Doncaster in the end, the service provided from Jake was second to none. He went above and beyond to try and source the right vehicle and deal for me. He kept me up to date throughout the process. I would go back there again next time as my first port of call without a doubt.

Jake was really helpful and made the buying process really easy and painless. Buying virtually is a great way to do it if you know what you want as it is much quicker and more focused.

All the staff are really efficient and friendly. They are always helpful and welcoming.

I had a minor issue with the engine cooling liquid, so I had to ask Stratstone for help. I was pleased that the car was sorted out straight away. Excellent service. Thank you.

All the staff who we had dealings were very good

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ashley was very professional, accommodating and helpful when I first test drove a mini and picked the car I would purchase. Beth was lovely when I chose and collected the car. Staci was great when I talked to her over the phone and very helpful with sorting out the service plan. Wonderful team. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Doncaster Mini

Always a good experience at this dealership. Thank you to Chloe

I was provided with regular updates on the lead time for receiving the car. Staff were professional and the process of part exchanging was straight forward. Thank you to Liam, Courtney, Bethany and Staci for their help.

Bought a new JCW at Stratstone Mini. Loved the entire experience. Pick up day was quite magical! Courtney, the Sales Exec who dealt with my order from the beginning, treated me with respect throughout. She made contact with me regularly; displaying knowledge, skill and understanding from the moment of order to the point of delivery, which by the way, and as I alluded to earlier, was a magical experience. Thank you!

Excellent experience from start to finish from bethany Scott and her team on the purchase of our new car.
