I had a positive experience at Stratstone Mini, Tim Spencer went above and beyond and made the experience stress free and pleasant. The communication was great and consistent and has been the most straight forward car purchase I have had.

all staff polite and easy to deal with ,gave a good price on my car for part exchange .Brought a approved used mini,which looks like new.

We purchased a brand new vehicle from mini derby and the whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. Communication and transparency and customer service was severely lacking we will not be back. It is a shame because the car is great apart from it arriving already having done 120miles.

Very poor service, routine car service, several issues, wrong diagnosis regarding rear windscreen wiper wash, wanted to charge £120 to fix it, declined, when I checked it myself it was working perfectly, I went in to complain about not having received a follow up from a previous complaint, advised that Jessica would contact me later that day, 11 days later and still no response, my next email will be to head office. They have lost my continued custom, Sheffield Mini much much better with customers.

The purchase of my new vehicle was very smooth and managed well by the Sales Team at all times, Colin Hynard who managed my purchase was helpful, informative and friendly at all times. I would recommend Stratstone Mimi Derby to my friends.

Having had a used Mini Coupe from Stratstone, Derby I found the build quality of the Mini first rate and their servicing second to none so when it came to taking the plunge and buying a new car it was a no brainer to buy another Mini. I bought a Clubman from Stratstone Derby, part exchanging a Honda Civic. The part exchange allowance on the Civic was very good. Stratstone also gave me a quote to part exchange the Mini Coupe but I sold the Mini Coupe privately as Minis are in high demand (Unlike Civics) so achieved a price £700 above the part exchange quote.
The on-line 'build your own Mini' was easy to use with clear pricing. The only item I could not find on-line was a spacesaver wheel option but Stratstone added this on for me.
I normally service cars myself but the Coupe came with 3 years of the TLC service left so Stratstone serviced the Coupe and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. The TLC pack are sadly no longer available but I did take out the monthly service plan at very reasonable costs.
So overall, highly recommended and many thanks to Grace in Sales for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant.

Absolutely dreadful experience! Made an appointment to test drive a car, drove 1.5 hours to be greeted with the opening gambit by the salesman Colin “do you want to put a deposit down, as someone else has just been out for a test drive” no pressure then!!! Just started looking at the car when a women advised Colin the car was sold. What a complete waste of time. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Stratstone you are a disgrace, zero customer service. The whole experience has completely put me off buying a mini.

Friendly, efficient service.

The staff was very nice while I was waiting for my car to be serviced . It only gone in for the wipers to be reapers . Then they said that the car was ready for a service would you like to have it service while you wait so I said yes . so they did it

Fabulous service from start to finish at Stratstone Derby. Love my new mini! I part exchanged my car here and received a good price for it, to purchase a used Mini Cooper countryman. The experience was great - all documentation provided promptly and communication via email and phone excellent. We purchased with Tim who was very professional, not pushy with any sales extras and made the overall experience enjoyable and stress free! Thanks so much

We are so glad to meet with Tia Stephenson at Stratstone in Derby, she helped us to find our dream car with patience and professionalism. During our meeting, she introduced and demonstrated all the possible choices based on our tedious preferences and limited budget. Her advice were such fruitful for us so we could finally be able to make up our mind. Apart from that, she is so funny and cheerful, she is just like our friend more than a salesperson.
