Overall, I was very happy with the service received. The team were polite and helpful and my car was serviced in accordance to the schedule. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is due to the cleanliness of the courtesy car provided. The GLA had crumbs on the seats and the centre console was sticky and food was stuck to these sections.

Just had a pleasurable experience purchasing a car with Kieron Addams from the sales team from a recent visit to view a car.

I made a choice of a sporty A180 and paid the deposit after a test drive. After a nights pondering, i realised that i had made a mistake as i needed something more practical. Kieron fully understood my decision and re did all the required paperwork and documents without any issues.

He also assisted in setting up the Mercedes app and linked it to my phone. I had full communication with him from email and phone calls all through the process which made the whole purchasing experience with him easy and a pleasure.

I purchased a £44,000 Mercedes that developed serious faults almost immediately.

The car then spent around 6 weeks being repaired, with significant delays even getting a courtesy car. After finally receiving it back, the fault returned multiple times.

I have tried to exercise my right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 following the failed repair, yet the dealership is refusing my refund.

£44,000 for a faulty car, weeks without it, a failed repair, and now a battle to get my hard earned money. Imagine paying 44 grand to Mercedes and they treat you like this lol. Imagine how they’d treat you for cheaper cars.

If you’re buying a cheaper car.. stay clear. If you’re buying an expensive car.. stay clear! Unless you’re rich enough to waste money on faulty cars.. do your self a favour and stay clear!
