Happy to sell you a car..not so helpful when it breaks down (for the 3rd time in 3 years on a brand new car!). I bought an all electric Audi Q4. My advice DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE.. Audi cannot make reliable electric cars yet!
the latest issue was a switch that prevented the car from charging. this happened 8 weeks after warranty had finished on a 3 year term. As a result strathstones could not offer a courtesy car, or recovery or any help meaning I was without transport for a week while they replaced the broken part. Shocking approach especially so close to the warranty period and due to a mechanical fault on the car that has done less than 23k miles!

Zero communication
I have dealt with this dealership (Oldham Audi) since the 1st day it opened and up until the last 18 months or so the service department has always been proactive and offered good communication. Something has drastically changed - if I could have given a 0 star review I would have. The only redeeming feature and saving grace is Rowan, the only service personnel I would trust. I called them last Monday and asked for Rowan but was told he was on holiday (he had been dealing with the ongoing issues of the car). The receptionist said she would get someone to call me - nothing! I called back again on Weds, they put me through to one of the service agents, phone rang and rang - nothing again! I then rang the service call centre, told them of my problems and they said they would email and ensure someone called me back - nothing!!!!!! What is the problem with this dept? I will be glad when this car has gone back and I can deal with another brand and dealership.
