Absolutely shocking service. The Hitchin Audi service team used to be fantastic, I really don't know what has happened. phones are not answered, service staff were seen arguing over who will answer the phone, faults are not diagnosed, they simply replace everything until the fault light goes out at your expenses. tried to charge me £5000 and a local garage cured the issue for £140.

The customer service staff are rude, condescending and provide zero feedback regarding the status of your vehicle or return your calls.

I had to do all of the chasing and their standard response is “someone will call you in 5 to 10 minutes”, but they never do.

I received the worst customer service i have ever received from any business.

I will be returning to the supplying dealer as even though they are based in Northampton, their customer service is fantastic and I received a completely different experience when I took my car there for its first service

Unsatisfactory customer service at Audi Hitchin. There have been a number of issues with the Audi A5 purchased and a slow response to resolve the issues. Lack of response to correspondence. There are still unresolved issues a number of weeks after purchase.

Very attentive customer service on a day, excellent video from service showing oil being changed assured me it does take place, I believe those videos should show all components including oil filter, cabin filters etc being replaced. Technician on the video was professional and extremely eloquent. One aspect needs improving some young apprentices outside in Audi uniforms wearing trousers by their ankles and hats like they are recording rap video gives very poor impression of the place - I got worried as I came in. Coffee machine occupied by staff more than customers that can not even get to it, looks odd. I am sure you can have another coffee machine for the team?
