Stratco - Richmond Anmeldelser 2

I recently purchased a small garden shed from Stratco Richmond in South Australia . To put things in perspective this shed cost me nearly $5k once you include installation costs . Firstly, they only delivered half the materials, and the installer had to come a second time . Then the installer installed the shed but didn’t include any elbows on the downpipes . He also didn’t seal the shed so water kept going in . Stratco advised the elbows weren’t part of the shed kit, and when I rang to say it needs this to redirect water away from shed ,I was made to feel like I am ridiculous for suggesting it . What would a woman know right ? I went to the store I purchased it from ,and advised that since it has rained all the water comes into the shed . I even showed them a picture . They didn’t seem to care, and said maybe the elbow needs to be installed . I asked if they have them , they didn’t have them . I asked if another of their store locations had them . They confirmed, yes ,they did . I said that store is too far away for me . They never offered to get one sent to their store 🤦‍♀️ Two months after the installation of the shed someone arrived at my house to deliver a part for the shed . What the ? The guy who organised the shed for me (Patrick) was good ,but everyone else provided very inadequate service. They provide the bare minimum ,and really don’t care to provide any after sales service when things aren’t right . Very poor . I don’t recommend them . Bunnings were a lot more helpful . Olympic industries did a great job with my brothers new shed . Installed it properly ,and sealed it .

Received excelent assistance from Patrick (Stratco Richmond) to put together all components and dimensions for a Glass Balcony Balustrade. He was helpfull when a change in some components to allow an altered design was recommended by the installer.
