So this company continues to treat its customers badly.

No attempt to complete my order.

No explanation as to why the order is unfulfilled.

No response to my emails requesting a refund.

Total disdain for customers and their contractual rights.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The Jubilee Strap I received is excellent quality I also found their customer service to be very helpful

Order placed Saturday March 25.

Received email immediately after order had been submitted, confirming the order and outlining another notification will be received when the order had been sent.

Tuesday, March 28, no dispatch confirmation received, so I emailed to request confirmation of the order and to ask when it would be shipped. Received an email from Amy Clarke, thanking me for my order of 'shades' and categorically stating it had been shipped. I asked for the tracking link - as advertised, this would be shipped via a Tracked Royal Mail service within 1-3 days.

After requesting the tracking link, I have been continuously ignored.

Wednesday, March 29, all further emails have been ignored and not responded to. On this company's Instagram post I see that other customers have experienced a similar fate.

All of their Instagram reviews seem to be from a year to 18 months ago, and all from accounts with 'influencer like' follower numbers.

If they are unable to fulfil my order in line with their claimed timeframes, please just let me know and refund my money. I have contacted by bank to initiate a 'Charge Back'. Please AVOID and negate the need to deal with this company. Amy Clarke is completely devoid of any Customer Service ability.

Outside of the email address this company hides behind, there is no other way to make contact.

Ordered The Piccadilly strap. Received it in 2 days and looks great. Even came with a tool to remove the links. Very happy with the service

The straps took about a week to arrive, and no despatch notification received. I’m just pointing this out, so anyone else is aware.

For the money, these are good straps. To be honest I don’t know how long they are going to last, if they break quickly I will update and edit this review. But I am impressed by the look and feel of them. They don’t feel cheap.

I ordered three straps, and one of them doesn’t lock. This was replaced immediately with no fuss.

Received my black Jubilee strap today. It was a little big for my 7.5 inch wrist. It was a 5 minute job to remove 2 small links on either side. Mine came with a very handy strap removing tool, very simple to remove the links, and the strap fits perfectly !
Why pay stupid prices for an Apple strap, when you can buy gorgeous straps like these for a fraction of the price ! Thank you Straps of London for your excellent service !

Cracking good value for money, the strap looks and feels quality 👍 Excellent service and the inclusion of the tool for adjusting the size makes fitting a dawdle.
They were also lightening quick sorting out a problem of my own making for which I’m extremely grateful.

I ordered the strap with no issues and easy process. I didn’t receive shipping information or confirmation initially but after messaging on Facebook they got back to me really quick and reassure me that it had been confirmed and dispatched. I got home the same day and it had arrived within 3 working days!

The watch strap was delivered and very good quality. Regrettably it didn't't fit perfectly... however I emailed the customer services and had an immediate reply - they would send a replacement. This they did and it fitted perfectly. Very prompt service and a good quality watch strap - thank you.

I always purchase my straps from apple, so was a bit skeptical when thinking of getting a strap from an external company but let me say it fits with my watch perfectly. The quality is just as good as apple, but a fraction of the price. Nice to communicate with them too, they responded to my question on instagram dm within the hour.

I was unsure about what size and colour to get to fit my watch perfectly but spoke to a woman called Amy who directed me to the best strap that would compliment my apple watch especially as I have an older, smaller model. Well let me say, WOW!! Ive had my apple watch for 2 years now and it feels brand new, I cant belive a strap would make such a big difference, I feel so stylish now. Thank you again for the great team at straps of london for sorting me out!

These straps are amazing. I love my apple watch, and it's about time I changed my strap. I ordered from SOL and the site has a  huge selection of great straps to choose from. I went for The Piccadilly in black and its great quality. Nice.

I have the simple nylon strap and they are too boring. I replaced it with a strap from Straps of London and it's a super luxury strap, who knew my apple watch could feel so boujee!. I ordered the strap and got it in 2 days. Nice customer service and looks amazing on my watch

Ordered 2 straps - one was correct and decent, the other was wrong. Have emailed them 3 times with not so much as a courtesy response in 5 working days. Was ordered as a birthday present. The half of the order they got right was a good price and seems to be good quality - a shame about the awful customer service in sorting a replacement so I have a complete order!

Update - Nov 2022 - after almost 6 months the new owners have contacted me, refunded me for the incorrect order and then finally sent me what I ordered in the first place. I have therefore amended my review to a 3 star from a 2 star

After looking for a few weeks online for Watch straps and seeing the prices of most, I almost gave up looking. Then these guys came up on my Facebook and I thought why not try. I’m so glad I did as I am so happy. Great delivery. Great service. Thank you guys!

These guys were great! The first strap I ordered was out of stock and they offered me an alternative which then arrive very quickly, unfortunately I have huge wrists and it didn’t fit but they very kindly sent me an extra strap that I could use to add at their own cost. I absolutely love it and have had loads of compliments on how nice it looks. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent customer service and delivery timing. I had some issue initially but their customer service solved it real quick. i am happy with my strap. its a very good quality item. many thanks.
