With a number of years of having substantial difficulty around contact arrangements, I cannot express enough gratitude for the skill, expertise, guidance and advice I received from Bethan at Stowe Family Law. This has resulted in outcomes for the children that are supportive of their relationships with both parents.

I found Gareth, Jennifer and Bethan at Stowe in Manchester to be clear and efficient with the advice and guidance they gave me through the divorce process.

This included strategies for engaging and negotiating with my wife who had been living out of the uk for a number of years, as well as helping me understand how divorce law and the courts operate so that I could best decide how to acheive a settlement and complete the divorce. They were also sympathetic in managing resources appropriately given the limited assets in the case.

Going through the process of a child arrangements order is stressful at the best of times. Both Kaleel and Tamara were able to relieve some of this stress and give honest, professional opinions when it mattered most. I have used various solicitors over the years with business issues and have always found that it takes far too long to get a response. I did not have this issue with Stowe, if I dropped them an email and the individual was tied up I received a polite response indicating they would be in touch shortly. In which I would always receive an email/call later on that day. Would highly recommend both individuals mentioned and Stowe family Law as a whole.

Stowe family Law has been representing me since 2019 in a very complicated family matter. Kaleel Anwar and Tamara Adams has been assisting in my case since then. I engaged the company in order to manage the legal issues associated with cancelling my maintenance payments to my ex-wife (after 20 years).
From the outset, the customer experience was excellent, with specific individuals appointed to my case. A range of possible scenarios and outcomes was clearly explained along with the associated financial implications, both from a settlement position and the range of possible legal fees.
Communication was prompt and clear throughout and consisted of telephone calls, emails and “Zoom” style meetings.
Each stage of the process was explained and I never felt pressured to take any particular route to the eventual conclusion of the case.
Ultimately, the case was settled to my satisfaction and I would recommend this Law firm to anyone seeking legal advice.

Being quite surprised, and I guess panicking that my ex-wife had instructed solicitors in what I thought would be an amicable process I went to Stowe (Gareth Curtis) for advice.
What I really appreciated was that Gareth was clear in his advice for what he felt was the best path to settlement for me, even though that path was not going to be very lucrative for him. He could have easily given alternative advice, drawn the process out and earned significant fees. That is why I would have no problems in recommending Stowe / Gareth.
