Great service and aftersales
Great service and aftersales. The only criticism would be that the webbing for the shed kit wasn't included and would have held up fitting for a day while we waited for it to be delivered, but it turned out it wasn't necessary anyway.
Regardless, a great bit of kit which has transformed my workshop

Very impressed by this company, great technical advice, user friendly website and somebody at the end of a phone line if you need help,very rare these days!! I made a mistake on the delivery day and at short notice and without fuss the day was changed and the flue turned as promised. Looking to purchase another log burner and wouldn't go anywhere else,many thanks

Would have been 5* ......
I have dealt with Stovefitters before and found them to be excellent. However on this order there was a mistake made on the planning despite me emailing clear dimensions. This held up the project as another flue section was required. I wasn't happy and was told I should have checked the drawing and dimensions....maybe I should have but a little disappointed. The extra bit was overnighted at their cost.
Happy with the quality of the flue and other components and the comms were good with the dispatchers. Julian and team were very helpful on general advice over the phone. Would have been 5* but for the planning mistake.

Excellent service from start to finish
From ordering to delivery Stove fitters were exceptional. I found a great deal on line for my Heta45 and had difficulty in ordering,however after a quick call everything was sorted and they even kept in storage until I had completed my building work and booked a fitter.
Even when I had a few issues with trying to get a ETA on the stove delivery I had Arran at the office being a great help with chasing an ETA.
I would 100% recommend using Stove fitters to anyone that is thinking of buying a wood stove.
