I recently used the storage container rental service from store4u.ie, and I couldn't be more satisfied! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect storage solution for my needs.
The team at store4u.ie was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions promptly and provided detailed information about the container options available. The process of renting the container was straightforward, and the terms were clear and reasonable.
The container itself was clean, secure, and in excellent condition. It provided ample space for my belongings, and I felt confident that everything was stored safely. The delivery and pickup of the container were handled efficiently and on time, making the entire experience hassle-free.

It was difficult to find the required storage unit as they had been moved and not re-numbered over the previous week. When the units were found, there were issues with the lock (possibly due to the movements) and could not be opened.

We're sorry you had a lower than normal experience with us Patricia. The container block housing your unit was indeed moved slightly by the crane company installing additional units as they could not access the centre of the facility. The units were new and due to bad weather, we had been delayed putting the labels on the doors. Even more unfortunate was the issue with your lock which was faulty, despite it being brand new. This has now been replaced by the supplier. Now that you have settled in, I hope everything will be perfect for you going forward and of course you can contact us anytime for assistance.
