Stop-Over Store Anmeldelser

I purchased a Travelpro from Stopover Store. Unfortunaty, I ordered the wrong size. A call to the store had me speaking with a real person on the second ring. I received help on setting up the return and purchase of the correct bag without hesitation. The return was processed promptly and the refund was immediate. The service and products, along with great pricing is the reason I am a repeat customer. Thank you.

I was very impressed how quickly I received my order of j hooks for my pilot luggage in the mail.

these guys are the best !!!! stand behind what they sell 110%

I love The Stop-Over Store!! Thank you so much!

From the first e-mail contact to placing my order by phone from Latin America the service and kind helpfulness of all employees was outstanding. Many other businesses need to be coached by you! Keep up the good work.

Order never shipped and no follow up by them

Delivered exactly as stated; great service and quality

It was a great experience. I ordered a piece of luggage on a Friday night. By Sunday there was still no tracking information so I sent an email to the stop over store. I got a call and a voice message explains politely that the piece would ship Monday and a tracking number would be generated. I loved the personal response. I'll shop here again. The luggage arrived quickly. It was what I ordered and in good shape.

Very helpful when called to ask questions. Wheels work great.

I ordered 3 work shirts and replacement blade wheels for my roller board.
Order was taken and delivered very quickly. Nice to have someone to count on.
Thank You

The web site is easy to maneuver and purchasing a FlightCrew4 bag was easy. The bag arrived when it was suppose to. So far, nothing out of the expected behavior of an e-commerce site.

Where Stop-Over Store excels is their customer service. After receiving the bag, I realized I'd ordered the wrong size. I emailed support and got a response from Greg Bogut. He responded quickly and had no problem with me returning the bag and sending out the new bag. Greg made sure the whole process went smoothly and he was courteous the entire step of the way.

I now have my new bag and am very happy with the merchandise and service offered by Stop-Over Store. I highly recommend them.

The service that I received from Stop-Over Store was absolutely outstanding! First of all, I received the shipping tracking order 50 minutes after I placed my order. Then the luggage that I ordered, with the free shipping option, arrived at my door two days later.

You can't get any better than this. I have already recommended Stop-Over Store to my friends.

Received my order within 3 business days!

Bullet fast and and most considered staff.
Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of wheels to replace the wheels on my TravelPro rolling suitcase. The parts arrived within a week of ordering, were easy to install and work better than the originals. They are quiet, spin freely, are better made and are more cushioning than the original plastic wheels. Overall, a good shopping experience and excellent product.

This is the second time I've had to order something to get in before my next trip, and both times now I have received my stuff fast and it was easy to order . Thanks

Every this arrived as they said it would. Will do business again :)

Excellent quality of items and fast secured delivery. Recommend highly.

I received my items quickly when using the 'slowest and least expensive' shipping method. Items were exactly as described and I am a very happy camper.

Fantastic customer service from Jeff and super fast delivery. Great wheels, makes the suitcase glide on carpeted floors still at some airports!

Will use again
