Great website, easy to use, great customer service and received my barstool and poser table in the agreed specified time.

Will be certaintly returning to stoolsonline for future purchases.

Difficult to put together but once done it looks very nice and feels comfortable. The only minus is that the 'rubber' feet isn't very thick and leaves marks in the cushion floor. Quick delivery.

We had an issue over the delivery date as the stools didn't arrive as stated but the company sorted this on contacting them.
Very happy with our purchase; our only slight disappointment was the advertised back rest height of the chosen bar stool is actually not the same; it is less/lower. Otherwise, the perfect colour for what we wanted.

Excellent service ,delighted with my goods ,will use again

Good stools for what we paid. We had a problem with the delivery, but Zed was very helpful and made sure we got them.

The stools are of a good quality, exactly as described, and arrived quickly.

Quality product.Well packaged
Delivered within 5 days.

Good order processing, packing & delivery - stools as expected - very pleased.

I ordered this stool on Wednesday and it was delivered promptly Friday morning, very well packaged. I emailed the company a couple of times re a couple of queries and their response was immediate and very helpful as was the sales rep in the office when I phoned. We have purchased from this company before also with very good results and have no hesitation with recommending both the company and their products. Thank you stools on line!

great service

Very comfortable and simple to assemble my only minor gripe is they just turned up without an expected delivery date so lucky I was working from home at the time

Really quick and professional service. There was a slight tear in the arm sleeve. One phone call and it was replaced. Lovely quality stools and very sleek. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery as promised !

Our first choice of table wasn't suitable, but was soon shown alternatives from the range by Zed, would of been 5 stars but for first delivery was damaged in transit, but again Zed sorted and replacement arrived within 3 days. Assembly was easy and table looks great, thanks.
