My interactions were mainly with 3 people. My sales rep Lisa Gall was terrific - very knowledgable and patient - I feel like she really worked with me to find the best solutions for my home. Francisco who did the installations (3 different visits) was also fantastic - always on time, very quick, and each install was perfect. Lastly, John who did the scheduling was very helpful and kind. All in all - a great experience. I'd never heard of your company (sorry!) but found you after an extensive internet search. I had a quote from one other vendor and your pricing was slightly better (very important!). And so I just recommended you to a friend!!!

Sales lady Melanie was very nice & professional as was installer Joseph. Quite pleased with the result & would certainly recommend to others needing window coverings.

On time. Quickly completed the job. We had to order parts and timeline was met exactly.

Ordered cloth and cellular shades for a new build. One of the cloth shades was for a bow window and we got the motorized one for ease of use. So far, it works great. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself. My only complaint was that of the cellular shades one was supposed to be an up/down shade and the others were supposed to be just regular pull down shades. We got all up/down shades. Most cannot be used to pull down from the top because of furniture in front of the windows. Not sure where there was miscommunication.

Our experience was wonderful. They assisted us to make the best selection. Dedicated to communicate with us throughout the process and installation was earlier than anticipated.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. Justin, our day of technician, made our experience great. He was prompt and efficient and helped us understand what caused the blind pulley to break. Thank you!
