Just not happy new sofa arrived in January 2020 and spend about £5000 is was late due to COVID but that was OK. Once unwrapped I noticed a few marks and miss matches of leather followed by poor stitching, ALL Manufacturers faults in production.

I told Stockton I wasn’t happy I wanted the item replacing completely as the The faults were unacceptable they showed me that they could fix all the faults and they will order a new pieces of leather to replace the faulty areas. And my sofa would be as good as new. At the time I did say that if it wasn’t perfect once it was repaired I would not be happy and I wouldn’t after a refund or a replacement sofa and this was agreed.

They have now repaired the sofa twice and still it is not correct I have mismatch of leather mismatch of colour and I have stitching lines which are not straight.

I have been exceedingly patient and have allowed them to come back view the product send as many repair man as possible to repair it and they have failed.

Stockton is on now refusing to replace the sofa or to give me a refund surprise surprise.

Are you going to buy a product buy from anybody else except the Stockton is this service is diabolical and the repair people cannot do the job required.

Very poor service and attitude/ I ordered a very expensive table 10 weeks ago from Stockton’s. When the Bonaldo table finally arrived it was not the correct table. I was offered to retain this until the correct table arrived but it would be a further 10 weeks. Although an incorrect label had been applied to the pack by Bonaldo the stock wasn’t checked. No compensation or apology was made. Very disappointed ☹️

Excellent service all round. Quick response to an on line enquiry. Arranged next day delivery and the delivery team were excellent. Polite, friendly and could not have been more helpful. They did not leave until the large sofa was arranged and assembled to our satisfaction. Proper old fashioned service. V impressed.

Company went above and beyond to rectify my mistake in ordering a custom made item in the wrong size, as well as in managing to get me the the new item in specs that I wanted that were discontinued in all other stores I checked. Extremely happy with the service and the item received (Calligaris sideboard)

Fantastic insightful advice from Breck on what we should buy. Really seemed to understand our requirements. Incredibly responsive. Absolutely beautiful furniture at an unbelievably competitve price.

I took delivery of the Swinderby chair last week. Absolutely love it!! Best chair Ive ever bought!! Breck was great and answered all my initial questions.

Great local family company - we’ve had all our dining furniture (Table, chairs and unit) from them a few years ago and sofa. When we moved house we needed a bigger sofa - So we went through them all with Kit and chose one! It got delivered shortly after - great friendly delivery people too. The sofa is the comfiest thing ever and child and pet safe!

Would definitely recommend (and have!) and will be going back in the future 100%.

Went in store and chose a couch before lockdown struck. Waited 5 months for delivery. Received couch only to realise that it had obviously been made in a rush by a supplier of stocktons. The cushions were filled with half of what they should have been filled with and the springs in the base were all loose. The owner - called me crazy to my face when I told him about the issues. Thankfully, they sent Homeserve out to check on the couch and needless to say, I am getting a refund.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not great service at all, popped in and said we need a sofa asap as we had been let down previously.
The lady showed us those that were in stock and we found one we liked and ordered it for delivery the by the end of the week.
They then call a day later to say, actually it's not in stock and you'll have to wait till November.
Gave us a refund, however it's just the basics knowing what stock you have. Nice items, however the service leave a lot to be desired.

I ordered a Matthew Oulton armchair online from this Manchester Company, then found within days that it would not come through my door. There were no warnings about measuring the entry door on the website before ordering - other furniture companies do this and provide detailed advice on measuring as well. Not this one. Their T&Cs do not advise you of your right to cancel online orders either. Stocktons refused to cancel the order, I refused to take delivery, what was the point? Let them remove my door or damage the armchair to get it through? No thanks. They still have my several hundred pounds deposit which has not been returned. I have had to make a Section 75 claim to my credit card company for that.
