Don't be put off by some of the reivews
I needed some stickers for my business and found Stickythings' website which seemed to offer what I needed. I was concerned with some of the recent negative reviews and feared that my stickers were going to take a while to arrive but I was very impressed with the overall service. I received my stickers within a couple of days of placing a late night order and not only do they look amazing, they have also supplied additional stickers, so it's a win win situation for me.
If you are looking for some stickers, I encourage you to not be put off by some of the reviews as the service I received is definitely not representative of what I read. I will no doubt be using them again for my next order.

Unfortunately these review sites become a dumping ground for negative reviews, whether it's our fault or not. Dealing with 300-500 orders weekly, you'll always get one or two who expect way more than you actually offer and complain when they don't get what they expected. It's the nature of the beast unfortunately. Usually they just don't read the website information, whether thats delivery information, adhesive type or finish or approved incorrect artwork. That's the most common issues. Occasionally we make mistakes, we're human... but we always rectify them at no cost to the client asap.
Thousands of clients return to us each year for more labels but never leave a review. You can be assured everyone who isn't satisfied, they leave a negative review 100%; sometimes multiple negative reviews.
Only around 5% of people that have a positive experience leave a review, however 100% of unhappy clients leave a negative review.

the quality is great and the company does produce high-quality stickers. But be prepared to wait for your labels. overall good quality and would recommend! (Adjusted as their customer response was fast and I do love the work they do)

Hi Henry,
Thanks for your review. I cannot see any order that you have had that is 6 weeks old. The oldest order we have for you came into us on the 28th June, approved on the 29th which is being dispatched tomorrow. That's 12 working days. Albeit a bit on the slow side, mainly due to a press being down for the past 4 weeks causing us some issues.
So, in actual fact, it's less than 2 working weeks that you've been waiting, not the 6 as mentioned above.
Please feel free to look at the price, quality and turnaround of other suppliers if you feel the need to. We don't promise any turnarounds simply because we don't know if staff will have to self-isolate or whether machinery will break down, both of which are the case in this instance.
If clients are happy to pay far more for their labels, we'll invest in more staff and machinery, until then, we'll stick the 6 presses and 4 staff we already have as at the current time that costs us enough throughout this pandemic, especially when we've had no government help and large bills to pay throughout.

No response to chases for labels never received
We ordered some sticky labels - about £180 worth - about 2-3wks ago. We paid upfront for them. Still not received delivery. Chased last wk and still had no reply. Appalling service. We are having to cancel and go elsewhere. Won't be using these guys again.

Hi Ben,
These are being dispatched today. These were due to go out on Friday, however we had staff off and unfortunately it didn't go out on time. We also had a press down due to circuit failure which has also caused a slight delay on top. As we don't promise specific dates, until we are up and running at full capacity it's difficult to judge exactly when a job will be printed considering the circumstances.
I can see that you asked the same question regarding an actual delivery date multiple times on our ticket system, which we responded to each time with our reply. We're not in a habit of repeating the same reply over and over again, so your support ticket received less priority over others as we had already given you all the information we could provide at the time.

Good experience overall. Some issues to login the design at the beginning and logo design sizes should take into account the margin of the logo once pilled of the board.

Outstanding quality
Outstanding quality, amazing prices and very rapid production and delivery. Ordered multiple designs that came as a single print run on high quality paper. We had clear labels printed for a product. Well packaged.
