Steve Frieze Removals and Storage Anmeldelser

I found Steve Frieze brilliant, the staff were friendly and so helpful while being professional. I initially used them in May to pack up my home contents to put into storage. At that stage I didn’t know for how long, everything was packed so carefully and when it came to going into storage the removal van had containers in, which were loaded and locked ready for stacking. I needed to access some goods during storage which they arranged without issue. After three months I moved into my new home and again everything was done with care. As a woman I felt I was treated really well and felt safe trusting them. All this great service and a great price for the whole job. I am happy to recommend Steve Frieze removals, a great company.

The staff on the job were brilliant. Everything was done professionally at the correct time. They were helpful, polite and we were both pleased we had chosen them. However the day AFTER moving we received an invoice stating that payment was due the day BEFORE MOVING. This was followed by a call the next day asking why we hadn’t already paid and demanding payment immediately. This was done. I will say no more.

Excellent service. We moved out of house in Surrey into storage for a few weeks and then into a terrace house in London. The removals team were courteous, patient and efficient at what was a stressful time. The quote was very competitive and the team went above and beyond to safely pack some of our valuable and fragile items. I would definitely recommend Steve Frieze.

Used Steve Frieze removals to move from a one bed flat in London to a 3 bed house in Suffolk. Unfortunately the lift was broken in the block so the guys had to move everything down three blocks of stairs! They were amazing, really polite and nice and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was done fast and promptly. I had large plants and all of them survived! Plus everything else. Thanks again! Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Removed and stored our furniture for 3 months whilst we were between homes. Very reasonable rates for the storage and the removal guys were fast, polite and efficient. Delivered and unloaded all of our furniture to the new house, put together the beds too. Also doing a rubbish clearance for us too at a reduced rate. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Great communication from start to finish. On the move day Andrew and the guys were brilliant and friendly. They eased a lot of the moving stresses and got everything done quickly and professionally. The rates were also very competitive and they arranged a garage clearance too. Highly recommended

Great service for a complicated move! Heidi and a John at the office were great, and Mitch and the guys on site also excellent. Can recommend

Recently used Steve Frieze, again to clear my mums house and store the furniture. I have to say they are amazing, thorough, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault their service. Will keep using them, and have no qualms in recommending them

The removal men turned up punctually and were very pleasant and efficient as were the office staff.

Not just the best removal company we have dealt with, but hands down the best company we've dealt with in the last few years. Honest, professional and always stick to their commitments.

We had a house move with Steve Frieze and it was done in a very professional, efficient and courteous manner. Fantastic job, the removal guys were excellent. I can’t recommend them enough
