We understand that passengers come with luggage, so we won’t charge you any extra for yours. Car passengers can bring as much as they can fit into their vehicles. And foot passengers can bring as much as they can carry, so long as no single piece of luggage is over 23kg in weight. That makes packing a whole lot easier!

Lovely cabin , helpful staff ( advance info re timing for wakening and disembarking non truck passengers would have been helpful- glad we asked on arrival on the boat)
My bookings need to be flexible due to my business schedule, therefore I need to modify my bookings quite often. The Stena people are always so helpful in doing this.
When on board I find the staff exceptionally polite and helpful.
On the negative side I am of the opinion your free WiFi is not at all up to standard. I realise you have a better WiFi if I pay for it but having laid over £500 each time for a ticket I find you should offer good quality WiFi free of charge. I also see quite some wear and tear on the ships now that is not being retaliated.
Friendly staff. Glad to be back on Stena V111 and not Stena Nordica. ( Didn't like the stenaplus, too small and toilets outside.
The ship is clean and very tidy , the staff is extremely friendly.

Great customer service , clean cabins , good food and arrangements for cyclists very good .
We prefer to use the larger ferry with the quiet lounge with the coffee/tea as it suits our needs better then the boat we just sailed on
Stena delivered quality; professional, welcoming staff , attention to detail service,first class accommodation.
Superfast VII was immaculately presented inside and out, the vessel looked like a 'liner'.

We travelled Cairnryan - Belfast Premium return with our car. I had come out of hospital the previous day and wasn't feeling well. I couldn't have a better service. All staff from boarding to The Premier Lounge were courteous and polite. Just what I needed. I was going home to meet with family and friends.
I will always use Stena Line.

Easy on, easy off with the car, all arrangements worked very smoothly. Smooth crossing, not busy so easy find a seat.
Food offering - could be improved upon - too much junk food, UP foods, fizzy juice…..

This was the first time I'd used Stena for the crossing from NI to Scotland. I travel across 3-4 times a year and have done for many years. I've always used P&O because I was used to it. A very different experience.....a much better ship with more facilities and options for more or less the same price. The only downside was because it was a much bigger ship it took longer to disembark .

I've used Stena for nearly 40 years and the service is going down and down.
The Ben My Chree should not be used for any crossings more than two hours.
Travelled overnight...there was no heating on the ship, it was so cold I could see my breath.
I was worried for my elderly Dad, that he would be made ill by the cold.
There is nowhere comfortable to sit and its extremely noisy.
Return journey delayed as there was a loading fault. Told it was 30 mins delay, actually two hours.
The staff are generally very nice, which is the only plus point.
The ferry is cancelled so often as it can't handle a breath of wind.
Stena should just cancel the passenger service on the Irish Sea if they haven't got a decent ferry to fulfil a proper service.

Excellent on board experience in comfortable surroundings. Easy boarding and disembarkation. Clear communication and announcements. Free refill hot drinks a pleasant surprise.

The replacement ferry (Ben My Chree) was very basic and not very comfortable.
We travelled at the start and end of the Easter holiday period and in my view, there should have been a better ferry in place during this time.

poor quality of replacement vessel. No cabin, no Hygge lounge. Very long delay at the port.

Belfast Cairnryan- Blocked toilet and no toilet roll available in one of the male toilets. 20 minutes delay getting off the ferry after it docked. Fine otherwise
