You correctly showed my address as "The Copper Beeches" on the invoice but addressed the package to "Beechwood" which is down the road and where it was delivered to. It's taken me 3 days to trace it..

As much I am sorry you had a issue with your order, I do feel the harshness of your reponse of a 1 star review and your aggresive statement is not really warranted or fair.
Yes, the label was incorrectly addressed to a different house in your road, but we are all human, who do make the odd mistake. We are here at the end of the telephone 9-5pm Mon-Fri. If you didn't receive your order when it was expected, a simple call to us would have resolved this promptly.
You can see from our other reviews, this mistake was a rarity and prompt resolution would have helped you.

Superb quality finish with 316 marine grade stainless steel
Superb quality 316 stainless steel fittings for our lake side decking plus delivered promptly by Royal Mail track. Bonus was although hinges said included screws, rectangular handles did not mention although were also supplied. It would be useful if web site said what size screws are required (even if supplied) as might want to order different length depending on use/substrate. Additional packs of 10 screws to purchase would be good so don't have to order bulk screws.
