Whenever I place an order online, I worry about customer service. Kudos to Mike at Starrymaps.com for delivering five-star service. I messed up my order and Mike resolved it and went the extra mile to provide exceptional service. As a result, I give my highest recommendation to this company.

When I placed an order I got some questions, the Starrymaps Supposrt were in touch with me all the time and answered all my questions immediately and this is an ideal gift idea, it looks very beautiful and soooo good quality. I loved it. Thank you so much! I will recommend it everyone.

Easy to order, fast shipping and excellent customer service! I had to change my order not once, but TWICE after I had already submitted it for order and they made it happen. I have yet to receive my product as I have selected a digital print and am having it printed at my local shop, but the customer service is excellent. I was having problems downloading different sizes of my map and once I emailed them very late last night, they had returned my email this morning with attached copies of all the different sizes. Most online companies don’t get back to you nearly as quickly. Very impressed, 10/10 recommended !!! (:

I ordered a star map for my husbands birthday. The ordering process was so easy and I love that you have the option to add exact times to your Star Map. I was sent the tracking number promptly after the package had been handed over to the carrier and received the package in the estimated time frame originally given. The print and frame are in perfect condition. I Did have a question after receiving my order, I messaged the support address listed and Mike emailed me within the next business day. I will absolutely be ordering a print for myself!

I had the best experience with Starrymaps! Let me say this, I wanted to get something special and memorable for my best-friend, and this was it. Nothing can top the sentimental value that came with this portrait. When my frame arrived, unfortunately the handlers wasn’t very careful at DHL which resulted in my frame getting cracked, I was very frustrated. I reached out to Starrymaps and Mike came to my rescue. I explained everything to him and he took excellent care of me, his communication was very profound. He sent out another portrait for me asap, and empathized with how I was feeling. He even went so far to recompensate the duty fees, even though it wasn’t his responsibility to do so. I am such a happy customer! I cannot wait to order another one! Thank you Starrymaps for being so excellent at what you guys do! MIKE! you’re the absolute best!

Bought a sky map, and it is exactly the way it looks when you order it. It incredible!!

This was my second purchase. I was worried if I had enough time to receive what is a gift. My last purchase I was sent a digital picture which saved a lot of time and I handled it here. I didn't see that option this purchase. After I made the purchase, I emailed the question of obtaining a digital picture instead. I was immediately responded too with a sure thing and without asking they said they made the correction to the cost and refunded the difference. Excellent customer service and product.

I just received my 2 prints that I ordered and my husband and I are completely in love! I ordered 2 prints for Fathers Day for my husband with the location and day of the days our daughters were born. Don't hesitate on spending the little extra on having your print framed. It was so worth the extra cost! Our prints came out so beautiful and I will be ordering more in the future.

I loved giving this as our one year anniversary gift to my husband. It's a very unique, and marks a significant day for both of us. Not only is a beautiful gift, but Starry Maps has great customer service as well. The original arrived damaged from the carrier. I contacted Starry Maps and they took care of us right away. Its hard to find good customer service anymore, so this was most appreciated. I already know of two other people at my office who are going to order their significant others this gift. This was one of the best gift ideas I have ever come across! Getting to see what the stars looked like during a special time is something truly amazing! I love how you can choose literally any location and add writing to personalize your Star Map even more. Mike at StarryMaps was wonderful as well, responding to my emails within the same day! I cannot thank them enough for everything !

Very easy to work with, had a few technical difficulties that needed to be communicated and Mike was extremely punctual and helpful in his replies. Love the products, got one for me and my partners one year and she loved it a lot, 10/10

I am very happy with my product and the service received. The map is presented perfectly; it is smart, stylish and informative. The customer service has been fantastic. I made a typo on the order and customer services contacted me with the upmost tact and sensitively to ask if a correction was needed. As someone with Dyslexia I really appreciated the extra support to get the product right. Delivery was very quick and it arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. Can not fault it at all.

Got this for my boyfriend for his bday and he absolutely loved it! Mike was so responsive to any questions and the end product was beautiful!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a special gift for a special someone!!

Very easy process to design your own Star map, for that special day. You can see each change as you make it. Completely removing the question "What does this mean??". You add text, you see exactly where its going to be and how it will look!

Now, I did run into an issue with the shipper. They LOST MY MAP!

I reached out to Starrymaps support and I had another one printed and shipped, and ON my door step in only a few days.

Truly an amazing response. I'm very thankful for everyone over at StarryMaps. They all came together to make something right, that wasn't even their fault.

I purchased this starry map as a gift, I was worried it was going to be late, which it was… however Mike took all my concerns and promptly fixed them even expedited my order without any issues. I received it and I am absolutely pleased it’s beautiful and so detail oriented! It’s exactly what I envisioned and more… the customer service was absolutely phenomenal and would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and quality products!

Purchased a starrymap for Valentines Day and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. I ordered the framed print and the quality is amazing. It arrived sooner than anticipated and is the perfect gift to remember a special time in your life.
