I've been keen to try their products for some time, and given the results i've seen in product reviews, I'll likely be purchasing more from them.

Pro-seal snow foam sealent
It seems I am unable to edit my previous review of the mystery box I received in February. However I feel it is importance to let everyone know just how brilliant the pro-seal snow foam sealant preforms. The hydrophobic action is unbelievable and much better than any similar product I have used before. I look for to reordering more when needed ( along with some wheel cleaner 👍 ).

As my first order with this company I was looking forward to receiving the order. I know that this is a mystery box but I had hoped that the box would include not only snow foam and paintwork cleaner but a wheel cleaner, unfortunately this was not the case. So it is therefore difficult to evaluate the quality of the products as I am unable to do a full detail with solely there products.

Hi Jason,
I'm disappointed to see you've provided a 3 star review here. This Mystery Box very clearly stated you would receive 5 Squid Ink Products and 3 Chemodex products, as it was released to celebrate our new partnership. You paid £40 and received £80 worth of products, one of the very best value in the UK.
Squid Ink offers over 30 different bottled products in our range, so hoping for a specific product in a Mystery Box is somewhat unlikely. You could have emailed or called to ask if the wheel cleaner was included so you could have made an informed decision, or ordered it separately. In future, if you require a specific product, our Mystery Box probably isn't the best option.
I'm very confident you will enjoy using the products you have received, they are all premium quality and very useful at this time of year. Perhaps once you've used them you may reconsider your somewhat poor review.
Thanks,
Michael (Business Owner)
