I cannot thank Jude from Sports Equipment Engineering enough for fixing our NordicTrack treadmill. If only all engineers were as friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and professional as he is.

He explained what he was doing, replaced the faulty parts and then calibrated it and tested it to make sure it was working correctly. As a bonus he explained various features I hadn't previously been aware of.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in awarding five stars, and if I ever have a problem with it again I know exactly who I'll be calling.

Roshan from Sports Equipment Engineering Ltd recently visited to repair my NordicTrack treadmill, and I was extremely impressed with the service he provided.

He was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and carried out the repair efficiently. After replacing the console, he thoroughly tested the treadmill to make sure everything was working correctly before he left.

It was a pleasure dealing with someone who was both approachable and clearly experienced. I would highly recommend Roshan to anyone requiring fitness equipment repairs.

Roshan came out to change the belt and the deck on my 20-year-old NordicTrack. It took a little head scratching, but he did a brilliant repair. Added to which, he was a really friendly chap. 10/10 review from me, highly recommend

I was given Sports Equipment Engineering's details after contacting NordicTrack for an out of warranty repair that was required on a bike. I had tried to replace the bearings myself but the youtube videos made it look easier than it was (for me at least). I had contacted some other companies but they either didn't service in my area or wouldn't touch the bike. There's also quite a lot of companies advertising gym equipment repairs but their websites are very dubious looking and only have a mobile phone number to contact and no physical address (and their reviews are awful).

From the first telephone contact communication was polite and friendly and a convenient appointment was made for just over a week's time. I had read SEE's reviews and was pleased when Roshan turned up as he was a pleasure to deal with and really does know what he's doing. He had the bike up and running in no time at all. The call out fee was also fair and reasonable particularly given the very wide area that Roshan has to cover.

I have no hesitation in recommending SEE and Roshan.

It was a pleasure to meet Roshan who provided an excellent service to fix our NordicTrack which had cracked on the base and was becoming very noisy. Some helpful maintenance tips were also provided and we will certainly use Roshan and his company anytime in the future. Thank you again

What an excellent service from Sports Equipment Engineering and Jude who came to replace a part on our x24 Bike. The level of service is exceptional and especially from booking the visit to Jude attending to carry out the replacement. I had been chasing via numerous emails through a third party and finally after reaching out to IFit Customer Services and Sports Equipment Engineering that my requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently so thank you so much.

Roshan, a star! Found where we lived (which isn’t easy) and then swiftly tried to deal with the problem (at least the initial problem we thought we had with the Nordic x32i). It transpired the initial problem we had wasn’t a problem, the model number the replacement part was for was incorrect and the actual problem was completely different to the problem we thought we had. That being said, his magic van of goodies had the replacement parts that were actually needed. Roshan thanks!

Roshan came out to fix our 1750 Nordic Track Treadmill. He had to fit a new Brain Board, he was very knowledgeable and knew what the fault was immediately. He was very friendly and had us up and running within an hour, we are very happy with his work and hope he will be able to service our equipment going forward.
