Originally launching as the exclusive financial services arm of Savills plc, the Company rapidly grew into one of the market leaders in UK financial services. In 2011, following a management buy-out, the company changed to SPF Private Clients (SPF). Since then the company has grown and diversified into a national brokerage employing over 200 people, with offices in multiple locations across the UK, Channel Islands, and internationally in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. I had an excellent experience with my mortgage Nathan and James throughout the house purchase process. Communication was always friendly, professional, and clear. Fairly good overall
I was pleased that a solution was found for my slightly different circumstances. However, I did feel that more attention to detail was needed as a number of times the information I was given was incorrect and I had to watch the progress of the application really carefully to make sure the correct information was submitted.

SPF managed the mortgage application from start to finish with no fuss, requiring only input from me when multiple options were available. They presented the info offered their opinion but ultimately did what I felt was best for me in a very professional and timely manner. I will be using them again for any further needs.

Had been dealing with SPF for a few years now, and Cristiana as usual provided exceptional service in establishing my remortgage. Was contacted well in advance of previous mortgage expiration and keep abreast of developments concerning options available to reestablish mortgage. Process was well explained and I had very little follow up work to do. Everything was concluded successfully with no complications, thanks to Cristiana. Highly recommended.
