So many great things to say about this company! I ordered this seating chart for my daughter's wedding. The ordering process was easy and the communication back and forth was always super quick. We asked for the font and color to be changed from the default and it was not a problem at all for them and the delivery was super fast!

The best company to work with. Super fast. You get a copy of the order to approve before it’s made and then it ships almost immediately.

This is my second memorial picture from them. I loved the first one of my mother and decided to get one of my father. I haven’t received it yet (do to an ups problem) but the have been very communicative with me throughout to process. Their costumer service is just as nice as work. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I am very thankful for the great customer service and going above and beyond by this company. They ensured a project would be completed in time and they stood by their words. It was delayed in shipment and I worried it would not arrive in time, they took care of a new order production and shipped it out next day with an expedited delivery so I could have it in time by the promised date.

I was surprised to receive a product that wasn’t glass. Especially for the price I was expecting something higher quality. It also had some scratches I’ll have to paint over. It’s beautiful but very expensive for what it is.

Great communication via email! Loved all the unique wedding sign options, and the end product is so beautiful!
