Paid for parts via phone. Polite email enquiry 10 days later to establish why not delivered. Order not put through to warehouse. Mistakes happen, it’s how they are handled after. Good customer care, very quick response. Parts delivered next day.

Very helpful. When I called I needed an oven element changed as I was local. They let me come to the warehouse so we could show them and get the right part all installed and working. Thanks for your help

ordered placed for 4 elements only 2 arrived, phoned them but says nobody will get back to you, have emailed twice now no reply, hopefully not long waiting for rest of order

After a slight hitch with paypal an email to Spares4homes confirmed the order (Electric heating elements) had not been processed and was advised to reorder. I did so and the order was dealt with impeccably and arrived in the shortest of time possible. Well done Spares4homes !!

Highly recommend. It was easy to find the part that I needed and ordering was straightforward. There was a tiny snafu with my order when it arrived, but I emailed and Kevin got it sorted for me and the correct part was on its way to me and delivered the next day.
