nous avons été satisfaits des prestations offertes
n'étant pas sortis en transit, nous avons un peu cherché notre chemin pour aller à l'hôtel; nous n'avons pas vu de signalisation au point retrait des bagages......Sinon, rien à dire: acceuil, chambre et petit déjeuner: tout très bien.
Situation idéale de l'hôtel sur l'aéroport et nous entendons à peine les avions.

Everything turned out as we wished. One never knows, when booking on line, if the promises you see printed there are going to be kept, but we were never disappointed at all. I got immediate (and I mean immediate!) feedback on all my enquiries and my credit card was debited straight away, so I was never in doubt as to whether the booking had gone through, or not. Online shopping for travel and hotels is for me!

No booking received by hotel
Though booking through SAH was a plain sailing experience, the booking was not made with the hotel. We were lucky they had a room for us on arrival, otherwise it would have been a wasted journey.

Immediate and efficient service - well done
I first wanted some quotes and different options which I received immediately online. When I wanted to make some changes by phone, it was done within seconds. Just amazing service. I got a very good deal on my first stay, but unfortunately for my second stay I got a much better deal (nearly 50%) less directly from the Hotel's website.

Good stay.
We had a good stay at City Lodge Gateway, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the service friendly. My only complain is that we were not told that the rate included breakfast, we were only told on check out and although they were happy to make a plan we had already made other arrangements.

The best booking experience by far
I uses South African Hotels to book for a bush experience at Shibula Lodge.

Quick,easy and reliable
Wow I had never imagined that planning a last minute Easter holiday for my family would be this quick and easy. Was able to navigate at ease finding the ideal place with the quotation being sent to me in less than 5 minutes! I literally when through 5 quotes within half an hour and was able to make a booking on the very same day in less than an hour! Well done-excellent site and service!

Impressive response time!
You will not believe the efficiency of those people. I booked a room at City Lodge Lynnwood and within half an hour everything was done. From quotation to internet payment and invoicing. The only snag is I need a written or printed invoice from the hotel itself as I have to account to my employers. Will go past the hotel to try and get that, otherwise everything was super.

Great service and effortless booking
After making reservations online, I was immediately emailed the status of the booking and the quotation followed shortly.
I had some inquires regarding the payment and was assisted by a friendly consultant over the phone. My invoice was emailed a short while after paying using EFT.
I arrived at the hotel today. Everything was sorted. Basically just a question of receiving my key.
Great service, no hassles. Really impressed.

Booked online and I was told my booking will be cancelled in 72 hrs if a payment is not recieved but within 48 I got a mail that it had been cancelled. I immediately called them and they reinstated my booking. It was a very pleasant interaction and now I can't wait to go on my holiday.

Great, quick replies to accommodation needs!
I was very impressed with the turnaround time that it took to send the request and then receive an e-mail/ sms quotation. When a request could not be obtained within a couple of hours an sms/ e-mail was sent informing me that they were still trying to obtain contact with the particular establishment.
I must say that when looking for accommodation anywhere in South Africa I always use them as my first option.
