i ordered fake bake tan and it never arrived! sent some emails and a person called "jody" replied saying i would be sent it as it was out of stock. still never arrived! i am just glad it was only £20 and not £100 or something! stay well clear!!!!!

I have been waiting for a Revitalash order since the 16th September, it is Christmas I have not received it and am about to persue them through the small claims court. This company does not respond to e-mails and there are no other means of contacting them except through their website.

Absolutely dreadful customer service and a total scam of a company I have reported them to Action Fraud 0300 123 2040

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Please don't use this company, I have been writing to them for 2 months asking for my order (£19.99), and keep getting emails back saying it will be sent at the end of the week. Now I've asked for a refund and they are ignoring me! I've been ripped off.

the same thing happened to me in august, i bought 2 rivitalash eyeserums for £78.00 ,never got them, jody kept sending me emails saying she was going to refund but I hever got anything back.................best advice is to print out all the emails you have of her, ask your bank for a refund, i paid by debit card with the abbey and got the full £78.00 back .hope this helps x

Piad over £44 for goods from this company so special and after nearly 6 weeks nothing has arrived they took my money straight away :-( 4.11.2011. I find it shocking that I am reading so many bad things over a period of a few years how can they get away with this !!!!!!!!

I placed an order for £40 end of Aug and never got it. I tried to contact so many times and never got a reply. Total scam!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
I will report them as everyone else did. I think everyone should.
I cant believe the website is still online after so many people reported they never received their orders.
Hopefully Paypal will help.

Just wanted to confirm what others are saying, I have placed an order. This order has so far taken three months to be processed, with several emails from 'the sales team' and Jody Palmer promising me it will be fulfilled. It hasn't and I doubt it will. I will pursue this with a final demand letter, as others have. DO NOT order from this website.

Like everyone else; I wish I had checked this company(?!) out before ordering. I placed an order, paying immediately, on 20th August 2011.
Since then it has been all the stalling as described by others, and blatant ignoring of demands for a refund.
Advertising standards were ignored; and, at the advice of Consumer Direct, I have recently sent the final demand letter. If she does not refund money they will then go to small claims. They have informed Trading Standards. Paypal are also chasing her.
You do wonder if you are unlucky and others have had a normal service; but this so called company is a total scam.
DO NOT ORDER!!

SCAM Took my money March 2011 no goods countless email to Jody Palmer promises of a refund all lies!! Lets put this Co out of business or at least get the website closed down. I have reported to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 WelshTrading Standards and am now going to report to Cardiff Police. I want my money back but I doubt I will get it from these theiving scumbags

What are the next steps i need to take with trying to get my money back and the website shut down?

Still advertising on Google etc, bet Google are getting paid for the adverts, does that not make them involved. assisting an offender ' etc

Bad, really really bad! Gutted I have to rate them any stars!

I paid for my items and spent £44.50 on the 30th Sept 2011 for a birthday present that was on 9th October, but I have not received any delivery! Delivery status - Awaiting Fullfillment (what ever that means?) I have sent them numerous emails without a single reply! Luckily I have paid via PayPal and opened up a dispute so I should get my money back from PayPal!

I have aslo reported them to Action Fraud 0300 123 2040!

How an earth can they still be allowed to trade?!

Paypal Resolution centre have contacted me and I am being reimbursed! Good luck to everyone else who have been scammed by this Not So Special company.

Oh dear!

I wish I had checked on this company BEFORE placing my order.

Ordered on the 1st October, item still shows as "awaiting fulfillment". Tried to contact them but note that there is no phone number. Completed their "contact us" form and have had no response as yet, although the ticket has been assigned to a [name removed]. I paid via paypal and the receipt contains an email address that starts jody..... but the recipient of the monies is someone called [name removed].

Have sent [name removed] a personal email and also copied it to the Sales email address listed on here.

I have also opened a "dispute" through paypal....interestingly, as soon as I lodged the dispute it was automatically escalated to a "claim" as apparently the recipient of the money can't respond at the moment (whatever that means)....so now we must wait until the deadline of Oct 20th for the recipient to reply to paypal. I just wonder how paypal knew immediately that they weren't going to respond to the "dispute" and immediately escalated it....it's almost as though they know that there is a problem with this recipient/seller?

I'll let you know the outcome...but in the mean time.....

I Won't be ordering again until this is resolved. Perhaps you shouldn't either!!!

By the way....I've just tried to buy something else from the site and although you can add items to your basket..it seems you can't actually complete the transaction and buy the products???????? I wonder why???????

the company is run by [name removed]. their address is

So Special Enterprises
Pascoe House
54 Bute Street
Cardiff Bay
CF10 5AF
United Kingdom

i also possess her personal email address. i have contacted BBC Watchdog and Media Wales to expose this.

No product, no refund, no response. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

...And if you have i URGE you to contact ACTION FRAUD on 0300 123 2040

this is the only way this website can be stopped from trading and investigated thoroughly.

Total rip off took my monies, never sent goods stated out of stock and they would refund but no refund I will now report to my credit card company (what goes around will come around) I believe in bad calmer ... sorry guys your choice

I ordered a beauty product from this company one month ago, to the value of £53, and have not received it. Despite my sending them numerous emails nothing is being done. I am now seeking a resolution through paypal (thank god I paid via them).
Do not waste your money with this company, go elsewhere.

Don't give a choice of a MINUS 50 rating

do NOT use this company No goods sent out. This address does not exist. If I could they would get no stars.

Hello,

Have you had a bad time with So Special?.
I had the same problems 2 years ago.
i have had 3 ladies email me recently with the same problem
would you like to get in touch with them.?
Also I have contact details that may help you

If every one works together every one should get what they want and with this many people these croocks should be banged-up where they belong.
I got my goods eventually but i want to help stop these croocks.
