Sosoftbeds Anmeldelser

I find it strange they never reply to whatsapp or emails. I've ordered my bed at the end of Jan and now it's nearly the end of March. Not sure if my bed will ever come. It would be nice to get an update at least, even if its running late. Is this company even a legit business or have I just wasted 2 months waiting for a bed?

Update: my bed is coming now on Friday 😊😊😊😊

Just wanted to leave a review, as i read a lot of them, prior to ordering - and i can honestly say - SO SOFT BEDS have been amazing and i cannot fault them! I highly recommend.
I ordered a 60inch wing back headboard, chester design and an end opening king size ottoman bed, with a matching ottoman. The bed arrived yesterday, which was 12 days from date of order and it’s amazing. Great quality, beautiful and just what we wanted! Packaged well, everything there and the deliver guys from ACME Couriers were incredible - nothing was too much trouble and they took everything up to the bedroom we wanted. We paid cash on delivery. Thank you so much SO SOFT BEDS, you have restored my faith in humanity! Quick turnaround, good communication and a faultless delivery team. Thank you so much, Zoe

Really nice bed, I’m pleased with it.
It took 5 weeks which was not a problem for us, but no communication in the first 4 weeks after order was a bit concerning.
I couldn’t reach sosoftbeds first but they called me back straight away and they were really helpful, so after that all went smoothly.

Good. The delivery took longer than 2 weeks

Good service, delivery and product.

Being able to design your own bed was very helpful.

After a slight delay with samples, possibly down to postal service, Adam sent out further samples and the rest of the transaction went smoothly.
I chose the depth of base, fabric and headboard placed the order and was told it had been dispatched within 2 weeks.
Delivery was by a very helpful and friendly courier.
The only criticism is the website used by the courier is somewhat frustrating as the tracking doesn't work which had me worrying for a few days but all came good in the end.

Great quality, fast efficient customer service , excellent staff and delivery.
Beautiful.

Delivery was a pain, very difficult to deal with the delivery partner in London.

The bed itself is OK, not worth the price though

After significant research, I finally chose to buy two side opening double ottoman beds. The customer service has been first class each time I’ve spoken with Adam, before and after the purchases. The delivery guy was equally polite and very helpful. The beds were very well packaged, ensuring there were no marks, and easy to assemble using the guidance on the website.
Two great purchases, thank you!! My experience makes so soft beds easy to recommend. I’ve nothing other than positive feedback.

After an initial grumble of lack of communication, I can honestly say that was soon rectified. The bed was delivered to our satisfaction, and was very stylish and comfortable. The delivery team were very polite and prompt.

I recently purchased a small single ottoman bed from SoSoftBeds that features extra deep storage, and I have been thoroughly impressed. The quality of the bed is outstanding; it's built solidly, reassuring me of its durability. One of the standout features is the robust and sturdy hydraulic pistons, which effortlessly lift even the heaviest mattress, making access to the storage beneath a breeze.

The extra deep storage has been a game-changer for me, allowing me to declutter my space by storing away items not frequently used. It's rare to find a bed that combines such solid construction with practical storage solutions.

When it comes to customer service, I've found that calling directly is the best approach for quick answers. Omar, in particular, has been a consistent help. He's always answered the phone, providing polite and helpful service every time.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend SoSoftBeds to anyone looking for a high-quality, durable bed with ample storage. The product quality, coupled with exceptional customer service, makes for a truly satisfying purchase.

Ordered two ottoman double beds. One arrived damaged (burst cover, muddy bed base) which we only spotted when transported to the 3rd floor. The same base had no pistons. Spoke to Customer Support who sent the pistons and a spare foot, as one had broken, within 2 days. Request for a discount for the damaged unit was ignored. Quality of the beds seems really good, pleased overall.

I can't comment on the quality of the bed, as I still haven't received the bed. Enquiries to the company, via e-mails, have received no response.

Arrived when stated and bought into my house.

The team were pleasant and helpful, I would say if they could improve the comms re delivery they would be rated 100% currently I give them 85%

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It isn't a real company. They will not communicate with you email or calls. They will not give you a delivery date even after 4 weeks when the order you have placed says 2 week delivery. They wasted 4 weeks telling me my bed was made when it wasn't and at Christmas time when I wont be able to order from anyone else.
Theres no email communication. Just a guy (same guy) at the end of the phone every time saying you'll hear from the courier soon. There is no courier. There is no processing orders. This company is a scam. You will be dissappointed. Dont risk it. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere else

Website easy to use, prompt delivery, very pleased with our extra deep bed. Tons of storage ideal for apartments or smaller bedrooms where cupboard space is scarce.

No communication. I was told 2 week delivery. I’m on 3 weeks and not heard from them. I don’t know if the company is legit or not ??

I bought a bed from this company 3 years ago - the bed was so comfortable and the service was terrific, so I bought 2 more beds this year
