Ottoman bed
Bed great.
Requested preferred date and this was ignored . Tried to contact both sososoft beds and acme delivery to change it but no answer. Luckily my daughter was able to be at the property. Driver brought wrong head board but delivered it 3 days later. Communication wasn't very good

Dear Claire,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback – we really appreciate your honesty.
We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the bed itself, but we sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience you had with the delivery process. Your preferred date should have been respected, and not being able to reach us or Acme Delivery when you needed to make changes is simply not acceptable. We're sorry you were put in that position and are grateful that your daughter was able to step in.
We also apologise for the incorrect headboard being delivered initially. While we're glad it was rectified within 3 days, this error shouldn't have happened in the first place, and we understand this added unnecessary inconvenience.
Your feedback about our communication is something we take very seriously. We're actively working to improve our responsiveness and ensure that customers can reach us easily when they need assistance.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from this experience, Claire. We hope your ottoman bed serves you well for many years to come, and should you ever need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch – we'll make sure to do better.
With apologies and best wishes,

Buy the Best..Ultimate Luxury.
We have been looking for an ottoman electric lift king sized bed for some time and found this company who offered what we wanted.
As we are getting older we wanted a bed that was large enough to take our items so ordered the 50cm larger size and wanted electric remote lift opening option for ease of use.
We took delivery yesterday and are delighted.
The construction is high end with good quality materials and components so should last a long time, the materials used in the colour option are also high end, we chose the Warrick range from the samples that we pre ordered and you can feel the quality in this also.
Delivery from Acme Delivery/removal of old base & packaging was on time and communication was also great. The prices were very keen considering what we have received and we will have no hesitation in ordering another product from So Soft Beds. So if you are like us we certainly recommend this supplier and buy with confidence.

Amazing bed, lacking communication
Ordering a custom bed was easy and I received confirmation by email straight away. Everything was smooth sailing for the first week however wait time was longer than stated; by over a week. I was phoned by company once to arrange delivery however I missed the call and they did not leave a message or try to phone again. I then tried to message and email to arrange delivery but received no response. Eventually I did manage to get a call back days later (after phoning twice) and delivery was arranged for 3 days following. Bed was brought up to the bedroom and everything was great. Easy to assemble and great quality all round. Would definitely purchase again despite the issues with communication

Dear Aimee,
Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback – we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
Firstly, we're thrilled that you love your custom bed and that you found it easy to assemble and of great quality. That means a lot to us!
However, we sincerely apologise for the communication issues you experienced. You're absolutely right – waiting longer than expected without clear updates is frustrating, and not leaving a voicemail or responding promptly to your messages falls short of the service we aim to provide. This isn't the experience we want for our customers, and we're taking your feedback on board to improve our communication processes.
We're grateful for your patience and understanding, and it speaks volumes that despite these issues, you would still consider purchasing from us again. That's not something we take for granted.
Thank you for choosing So Soft Beds, Aimee. We hope your beautiful new bed brings you many comfortable nights, and should you ever order from us again, we'll make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish.

Great quality beds with extra benefits
We ordered two beds, a single and a double ottoman with extra storage and yhey are everything we hoped. The extra height ottoman makes it easier to get out of bed (yes, we're starting to get to a more mature age) and provides a lot more storage.
We also ordered a bedhead which wasn't with the beds. No problem, we were back in touch with the company and it was here within a few days, no hassle.
