Two fantastic bar shelves in elm with live edges. Truly beautiful and getting appreciated by many.

Really helpful advise and great communication from Corey in selecting the wood for our bespoke shelf. The finished live edge shelf looks stunning in our kitchen. Will definitely use again.

Very responsive, asked lots of questions to ensure they got it right and they built exactly what I asked for. It was clear care and time was taken to ensure high quality - was impressed with the quality of the hardware as well. Highly recommend for custom solid wood furniture.

A beautiful table that has been made with such care and attention to detail. We had this commissioned in memory of a reading volunteer at school and we couldn't be more delighted with the result. Cory's communication was excellent throughout and the delivery was perfectly timed. Thank you both for such a wonderful addition to our school furniture.

A simply stunning piece of furniture.
Corey was fantastic to deal and kept us informed during the build of our table.
We are so delighted with our table it is simply beautiful and the centre piece to our new room. I can’t recommend sorrel and smith highly enough.

Brilliant customer service

Loved the shelves they made for me. They definitely no what there doing would recommend and great customer service thanks again

We entrusted our beloved ‘old oak’ family dining table which was looking a bit tired to Corey and team and they did a fantastic job - brilliant at giving advice on the best approach, great collection and delivery and we are absolutely delighted with the result - the resin and oils used make it look better than ever. I completely recommend this company - professional, knowledgeable and good value.

The team are great to work with and put a lot of effort into what turned out to be a gorgeous 3m x 1.5 live edge cedar table. Thank you for doing such good work and creating a wonderful centerpiece for our dining room!

OMG my live edge mirror is absolutely gorgeous and looks fab-u-lous in our lounge! The guys kindly allowed us to look around their workshop when we collected our mirror and we fell in love with their tables especially. Beautifully crafted - a real bespoke find amongst mass manufactured products that are on the market these days. Highly recommend ❤️

Superb French oak shelf with a live edge made to my specifications within a week. Easy to fit and it looks absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for something a bit special to display an item or just to create a feature, the Sallek French shelf will not disappoint you.

firstly the communication was superb, the best we have had from all the various joinery companies we engaged with. Many people don't do what what they say or promise which is a shame. S&S are a cut above the rest. Their finish was outstanding, better than we could have hoped for and imagined. the guys came and measured up, and within 3-4 weeks were scheduling the install date with us. we commissioned a few pieces including a 320cm bench which is the show piece now. it has transformed our playroom. the hallway pieces and shapes have really finished off the space and the reaction from our guests has been amazing. we then asked the guys to produce a mirror as an add on and that now has also been transformative. we loved working with S&S and hope to work with them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with the incredible table and benches made to order by Sorrell & Smith. From design to delivery, they guided us through the process of creating an heirloom quality dining table which will last generations. Impeccable quality and value.

We visited the Grand Designs exhibition to look at windows, conservatories and flooring. We left with some assorted knives, a Chesterfield sofa and (though we didn’t know it at the time) a truly unique, one of a kind, dining table!
I was filling in the paperwork for the sofa when my wife, who has the attention span of a goldfish, wandered across the aisle and met Corey and Sam. By the time I found her, it was already too late. Five minutes later, we had promised to measure up our dining room and visit the boys in their workshop and this is where our journey properly began.
Having something completely bespoke hand-made to your specification is more difficult that it might seem. Firstly there’s the wood; walnut, french oak, ash – they each needed careful consideration. It was Sam who suggested ‘pippy poplar with gold coloured resin’ and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
Sam is passionate and intensely proud about what he does and deservedly so. But even better, Corey is the great communicator. They found a huge slab of wood – Corey filmed it and sent the pictures for approval. He told us what size it could be and we amended it slightly – no problem. Then every couple of weeks during the production we had a video update showing each stage of the process.
The end result was that when they delivered it was exactly as we expected, no surprises.
We’ve had it for two weeks now and it is absolutely stunning. More like a work of art than a table. I am so impressed with their passion and their skill and I would recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Fabulous buying experience from conception to delivery. LOVE my elm live edge shelf with black resin. Is pure quality and looks exactly as I envisaged. Corey was so patient and communicative- he even sent me progress photos and a video!! Thank you 🙏🏼 so much. DEFINITELY recommend - you won’t be disappointed!! X

my table was better than expected and looks mega! it has transformed how we use our new extension, and the quality is very pleasing. couldn't believe how quickly the team handled my project, and delivered such good quality. highly recommend

From looking at the website to making initial contact to receiving the beautiful finished table, Corey and the team were brilliant - professional, responsive and dependable.

Excellent product, excellent service. We ordered a bespoke dining table and the end product has exceeded expectations, as has the whole process. The energy, enthusiasm, skill levels and customer service that Corey and Sam displayed and delivered were outstanding. We were constantly updated with messages and videos to show how things were progressing. 10/10! Mike (Norfolk).

Beautiful table supplied with a very personal service throughout, photos and videos were supplied as the timber progressed towards the finished product. Very happy with the quality and design of my one off table!

A great company that made us a beautiful hand made table. They kept us informed during the whole process and we are so pleased with the finished product. My family and I would highly recommend this company.
