Would not recommend buying from here. Sent a return in March and I’m still waiting to be refunded. The clothes weren’t worth the price I paid. Just want my £100 back but I guess I won’t be getting it

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Purchased a dress which was unsuitable. Parceled up and returned according to their policy and emailed several times for a refund - NOTHING received. I am now pursuing a refund via my bank who can claim it from them and hopefully sting them with a big bank charge for being such unscrupulous traders. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Same as many other customers, returned item and they won’t refund. Very rude customer service , wish I’d seen reviews first ! Trying chargeback as there are no grounds to not refund . Avoid !

Ordered a sorelle dress due to online error the dress was unavailable in stock but offered me an alternative or refund .i chose the dress offered ,so I would also say very accommodating.
I had a slight delay with delivery which Sorelle team sorted via email chasing up on the other end to make sure my dress arrived before my birthday with the slight delay that I informed them about they immediately refunded my next day delivery price.
Overall very happy with service and products provided

They owe me my refund said it would be in my account in 28 days and it still hasn’t come into my account. Appalled.

Sorrelle UK are scammers and stealing people's money - 6 weeks with no refund, avoid.
I have ordered 3 dresses with them costing around £150 in total. I returned them and also had to pay for my shipping as they do not provide return labels. I have never come across a company not providing a return label.
It has been now 6 weeks since I sent my returns, I have followed up with them via email and they replied telling me to wait 28 days for the refund to be processed. It has now been way over a month, they haven't refunded my order, and they are not responding to my emails.
Reading all the reviews on trust pilot about people not getting their refund makes wonder how this company is still running, I guess I will never receive a refund. I have never come across a company that operates like this, the worst company I have ever ordered from. Please never order from them. They are so bad, it is disgusting and shameful how they treat their customers and are getting away with it. AVOID

It has now been over 5 weeks since I returned my item—well within the stated returns policy—and I still have not received my refund. This directly violates the company’s own promise of processing refunds within 28 days.

I have contacted customer service three separate times via email and social media, provided clear proof of return within the required timeframe, and yet have been met with silence, and on one occasion a false hope for a refund within 28 days. At this point, it is not a delay—it is a failure to honour your own policy.

As a student, having money withheld like this is not a minor inconvenience—it’s completely disrespectful for customers.

This experience has been beyond frustrating and has destroyed any trust I had in this company. If you cannot follow your own refund policy or respond properly to customers, you should not be operating this way.

Avoid this company unless you are prepared to chase your own money for weeks.

I spend around £250 on items for my holiday and they would not refund me only offer a credit note which is not in their terms. I sent some stuff back and because it was out of the return window they didn’t have my address to return stuff to so it has been destroyed.

You mean you sold it on!! They are cowboys.

I have shopped with sorelle for years but lately their customer service is awful , 1returned my items over a month ago ( signed for return) . Still no refund . Sorelle then requested proof of return which I sent and screenshots provided . Still no reply to email or refund ! Shocking way to treat customers

You cannot get a refund, they refuse and give a poor excuse as to why. Stay well away! They make up their own T&Cs and just completely ignore the law regarding returning unwanted items. Absolute scammers!!!

I had the clothes delivered in November and I really stand out with each piece. Always getting compliments and where I got them from. Very quality too. Love love loveeee❤️❤️

I have never written on Trustpilot before, but I felt I had to share my experience this time.

The clothes themselves are lovely, which makes this even more disappointing. I had actually seen negative reviews about their returns process online, but chose to ignore them and place an order anyway — which I now regret.

The returns system has been terrible. I followed the instructions exactly and even paid extra for tracked and signed delivery to make sure the item reached them. Despite this, I’ve been told there are “no notes or updates” on my return, which makes it feel like they are simply choosing not to acknowledge it.

There has been very little communication, and I’ve been left chasing my own refund with no clear answers.

At this point, I would not order from Sorelle again, and I would strongly warn others to be cautious — especially if you think you may need to return anything.

Do not shop here if there is a chance you need to return your items.

Sent my items back as per their returns policy, luckily they confirmed via email (only after I asked for confirmation) that they received my return & that I would need to wait 28 days for my refund.

It has now been 5 weeks since I returned the products & have received no refund & they have ignored 3 of my emails now. I have emailed & explained that this will be reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice if no response is received within a week. I am still waiting on that response.

I’m so happy with my order! The pieces I chose really stood out to me because they were so unique compared to other swimwear I’d seen online. I ordered the sparkly bikini for my 30th birthday as I wanted something a bit special for celebrating, and it ended up being the perfect choice. I also ordered a two-piece set which I absolutely love.

It looked stunning on and the material was really comfortable and flattering, which made me feel so confident wearing it. I had so many lovely compliments when I wore it.

The sizing was also really accurate which made ordering online so easy. I also love that the website offers so many different colours and unique styles that you don’t tend to see everywhere else. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I use sorelle for every event and holiday. Outfits always come as shown online and look even better in person, next day delivery is always guaranteed and comes right on time.

I always order from sorelle, all of my events/night out dresses are from here. The quality and attention to detail is 10/10 and never had a fault. The embellished dresses don’t lose any stones and the material is good quality. I’ve referred many friends and strangers here from what they’ve seen of my outfits.
