Sonyliv content do not work in US
Sonyliv content does not work in the US. Don’t buy it because they won’t refund your money, although the content is not available to US users. They have zero customer service, and they will steal your money.

Very disappointing experience, the day I took subscription 1.5 month ago, I am not able to login into my laptop. Provided the details Thier technical team asked multiple times but still requesting same details again and again. Technical team is very incompetent and wanted my subscription money refunded.

Pathetic customer service by the Sonyliv team! I have been contacting them since last couple of days to cancel my subscription but unfortunately they are delaying the subscription just to mint money for the service I don't want to use. Please don't fall into the trap of autopay system with Sonyliv, they have the provision to take out money till the time they want. You can't talk to anyone, cancellation of subscription is disabled on the Sonyliv app. They want me to beg and wait for their own sweet time to get it cancelled.

Sony LIV UAE charges money but do not provide content. Despite the current account valid with deductions month after month - they do not provide content.
Any series or movie, they ask subscription when I already have a valid subscription.
When I disconnect my card, they shamelessly ask for new card details despite current account being valid.
There is no telephone or email support in UAE. When I write to India, they don’t recognise my uae mobile.

TOO MANY ADS AFTER PAYING
I'm a premium paying subscriber with an annual subscription plan so why am I having to see ads on Shark Tank India. There are a whopping 8 (EIGHT) ads every 10-12 minutes in every almost 1 hour episode. Very greedy!

I completely dont understand when i purchased the subscription they did not asked for my email. And when i sent request to refund they says they cannot verified it. Even i logged the complaint on APP itself no response no reaction no answer. Urgently i need response on my refund. Please look into my complaint do not ignore and stop sending me overlap emails asking for same thing. Will appreciate if refund is process.

This is definitely a huge disappointment I just realised as soon as I subscribed. You can not watch live programs, you can not install it on smart TV's, no proper support - customer care.
Finally, they do not refund you, even you just immediately request a refund in a minute after subscription !!!!
