Solihull Carpets Anmeldelser

We used Solihull Carpets after they were recommended to us by a family member. Lisa was great when we visited the showroom and she gave us plenty of knowledgeable advice to help us make a choice without any pushy sales which was a bonus.
The guys who fitted the carpet were also really friendly and excellent at their trade as we had no scratches on the new skirting we had just put down either.
I would definitely recommend visiting Solihull Carpets before going to any of the bigger chain carpet companies.

We went for a company with a sound reputation. Lisa in the showroom helped us make the right choice for our needs with her knowledge on the different styles, but with no pressure to buy. The two fitters that came did a very professional job they certainly knew their trade. We can recommend Solihull Carpets 100%

I mean wow, what can I say Emma has been the most helpful person from staff to finish, from the moment I went in the shop and decided between a good 10 samples, nothing was ever too much as no pushy sales which was the best part. I went to a few carpet shops but Solihull carpets made me feel the most looked after. Simon came to fit it for me and he was so professional and kind!

I would recommend these guys to absolutely anybody and if I can give them more than 5* I would

Thank you again!

The staff at Solihull carpets were very friendly and so accommodating with what I wanted. It was easy to borrow samples of carpets too. On the fitting day, the lads were punctual, very polite and efficient. Pleased with my carpets and they were a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and lovely people they deserve to be supported and it is always good to support a local business.

Great service. Fitters were very reliable and did a great job. Thanks!

From beginning to end, Shirley Carpets provided a first class service. Peter was extremely helpful and offered us advice and guidance on the type of carpet suitable for our landing and stairs and the carpet was fitted within a couple of weeks. The carpet fitters were outstanding and did an excellent job fitting the carpet which was quite involved. They were helpful and courteous, clearing everything up and leaving the house clean and tidy. The whole service we have received has been absolutely excellent. We couldn’t praise them enough and will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Following a recent house refurbishment, we were looking to have the whole house carpeted.
We found these guys and are so glad we did.
From the outset they were such a friendly team. Helpful, knowledgable, professional and very patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble.
The end result is something we are so pleased with.
Definitely recommended.
Thank you to you all

I have dealt with carpet companies and fitters a few hundred times. I am a qualified building project manager. These people are reliable, empathic, skilful and my whole experience was quite amazing. What brilliant service. I cannot recommend them high enough.

Well done to the owner and fitters. Lovely people, on time, great fitting. I suggest that others use than. They will not disappoint.

Excellent service !

Very fast and efficient service. Went to store Saturday, measured up in Monday and fitted on Friday. Definitely recommend

Excellent service, helpful, and good support.
It is the vendor we can trust

Great service and quick fitting. Only one room so was in and out in around an hour. Left no mess and minimal distruption. Showroom has lots of choice and staff were very helpful - would recommend

This was our first visit but it won't be the last, we had excellent service from the visit to the showroom right through to the fitting. We will be coming back for further purchases.

Third time we have used Solihull Carpets and again a first class service from start to finish. Expert and friendly help from Emma in the shop; perfect fitting and finish; great value. We will continue to recommend them to everyone who visits. Ian and Monica, Knowle

From the original quote to completion of the job, Solihull carpets were excellent. We needed help with the bed and all the old carpet taken up and removed. Everything was completed as expected. We needed one door changed with the new carpet and a contact was provided who came the next day. I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend them.

Excellent company - great service in store helping us in choosing the type of carpet suitable for our lounge and we are delighted with the fitting and look of the carpet. Very prompt fitting and excellent communication. Great local company which we've been happy to support and would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish. A small company that isn't in the business to just sell flooring and fitting services - actually listens to what the customer wants and delivers on time and to budget.

Efficient and pleasant fitters. Very pleased.

Fantastic service and professionalism. Always arrived time and high standard of work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish! Solihull Carpets have been brilliant starting with superb knowledge from Emma in store about the manufacture & specific details of Moduleo flooring and the best wool carpet we needed for our lounge. We ordered both and weren’t disappointed! A fantastic well organised fitting service by skilled fitters. No mess, no problems, no worries just a brilliant and great experience throughout. Thank you to all the staff at Solihull Carpets.
