Our delivery team (Martyn and Jack) were great. Gave an accurate time of arrival (courtesy call on the day of delivery) and both were excellent at positioning new sofa in the house as well as lots of very useful information.
Beautiful sofa and very very happy with this company. Absolutely recommend.

I highly recommend Sofas & Stuff (basingstoke). We wanted a new sofa and Tracey assisted by listening to what we were looking for and made suggestions on possible colours of material that would complement our furnishings. The choice of materials, colours and patterns is extensive. On making our initial options, we received samples to compare. Placing our order was easy . We received notification of potential dates for delivery and a timeslot. On the day of delivery we received a phone call when the delivery vehicle was abot 20 mins away. Jake and Martyn were very helpful in moving furniture etc to ensure a safe delivery. They took great care in setting up the sofa, explaining how to care for it. They were brilliant.
Overall from choosing to delivery the experience was fantastic. Our business and meeting expectations was very important to all involved

Our new sofa is wonderful in everyway: well made, beautiful fabric and so comfortable.
Lorraine and her team at Salisbury were extremely helpful arranging to bring the sofa of choice downstairs for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, to try out.
We were kept informed about the delivery. That team were corteous, efficient & mindful of our new carpet.

First and foremost it was the professionalism of the staff at the Sutton Coldfield Branch. From the very beginning they were welcoming, knowledgable and very patient. It's a big purchase for most people and Liberty, (the Design Consultant) made it a whole lot easier.

She answered all my queries speedily, offered suggestions based on my preferences, was very patient and a pleasure to work with.

This is my second order from Sofas and Stuff. Took delivery of a bed this morning. Everything went smoothly and I was kept notified when the delivery was on its way. Dave and Gary were great……Polite, efficient and helpful.
This is a great company to deal with. The bed looks great but I’d forgotten to order the mattress and Dave and Gary went back to the Fittleworth showroom, spoke to the manager and everything got sorted out. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and they make you feel your custom is appreciated.

Just had a delivery from your Basingstoke branch of a beautiful settee which Gaby helped me with. All went very well and was delivered by Dave and Gary who were friendly, courteous and very efficient. All went well and I am really happy with my purchase.

We've been talking about getting a new sofa and armchairs for a little while now but really wanted to find some that were well made and of good quality. We'd been researching and looking at a few different companies and decided to visit the Sofas & Stuff Bishop Stortford showroom. We were greeted by Mia who encouraged us to look around, explained how the samples were set up with different cushion fillings so we could experience the differences between them. I think my husband was sold from the moment he sat in the first armchair and indeed, although we looked at everything with Mia making suggestions based on our obvious style preferences, we ended up back at that very first chair. The choice of fabric, material, pattern and colour is huge. Being able to chose differently for the different pieces is great so we've got something a little more hard-wearing for the sofa that our dog will inevitably use and a lighter, floral fabric on the armchairs. Mia was again on hand to discuss the Martindale numbers which measures the wear resistance of the fabric and was really helpful when we were making our choice. The team seemed as excited as we were by our choice and now, after an access visit to confirm we can get everything through the front door, we are looking forward to receiving our new furniture. Mia and her lovely colleague were so friendly, warm and welcoming, the coffee was good and they really looked after us. Probably one of my most favourite shopping experiences ever.

We have just placed an order at The Red Brick Mill Outlet near Leeds & the service could not have been better. Stephanie was tireless in the search for the right style & fabric. By our second visit we had different thoughts on what we wanted & she was just as helpful, no judgement. She realised that this was a costly purchase which needed to be right. We took home large pieces of the fabric to match with our existing furnishings & this really helped. The standard was as high as our first purchase 5 years ago. Huge thanks to Stephanie & keep up the good work.

Jenna and the team in the Manchester store were fantastic, helpful and patient! They kept me updated with delivery timelines before and on the day. Ryan and Duane who delivered it were great, professional and friendly. I'm delighted with my sofa (the Rye), it fits well and is so comfy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all our questions, offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

The quality of the sofa is so so good, better than anything on the market in a similar price range. I looked around for ages before dropping into the Harrogate store on a whim. The choices available to personalise not only the fabrics but the size of the sofa is excellent. The team in Harrogate, especially Nicole, was great, with brilliant advice and warm and welcoming customer service. The only drawback was the delivery was a bit later than I expected but the delivery team were great and assigned me an early time slot as I was out for the day. Would highly recommend.

We are delighted with the quality and comfort of our new sofas and chair. From meeting the very knowledgeable and helpful Tunbridge Wells staff, particularly Ashley who guided us through the selection and purchase process, to the very professional and courteous delivery team Jake and Greg, we recommend highly Sofa and Stuff.

It took us lots of trips to the showroom to buy two different styled but matching sofas. The sofas are excellent quality with lots of style and fabric choice. We were advised well on the fabric to cater for the dogs. The delivery and installation was timely and expertly done. They look splendid.
