Ashley and her team at Sofa & Stuff, Tunbridge Wells, have made the whole experience of ordering sofas a very positive one. They were informed, went out of their way to organise samples and ultimately, helped me make decisions with ease. Thank you for all your professionalism and great products.

The process of choosing the sofa in the Eridge showroom was very thoughtful and patient. This therefore proved very helpful in choosing the most suitable sofa for us.

The delivery team of Jake and Dave were exceptional. They arrived early. The surplus unit was removed efficiently and they helped to move other furniture. The process of maintaining and protecting the new sofa was succinctly detailed to us.
Overall it was a very satisfying experience.

Excellent delivery service provided by Dave and Jake from Sofas and Stuff. Good communication and prompt. In addition, great care was taken when moving our new sofas into the house.

Our sofa and chair are magnificent - very happy! And Wendy in store was absolutely amazing in helping us to choose, so passionate and knowledgeable. Our delivery was great - Gary and Aden did a great job.
Our only area for improvement is that we did not know about the delivery until 24hrs before and were not given a times lot, only a date, and were then woken at 0700 exactly with a knock on the door which is a bit obscene given there was no warning of what time the delivery would arrive.
Overall though, excellent.

Sofas and Stuff at Heriard were very good from start to finish. Tracey served us, and was very helpful with her knowledge. Aden and Gary delivered the sofas and assembled them very well, neat and tidy.

Courteous delivery men who delivered my beautiful new furniture without drama. They cleared away all the packaging, explained the care plan and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly ( felt pads applied to base of feet etc) before they left. Sam and Lewis work well together as a team and did a professional job - Merry Christmas to you both and many thanks !

I had an exceptional experience with Tracey Grout from the Basingstoke branch. She made the act of choosing a sofa and armchair such fun and she really helped with the difficult art of selecting the right model and material. We are delighted with our sofas. We had excellent support and advice from the staff in the Salisbury shop. Wendy and Lorraine in particular could not have been more helpful. A really good experience vs. other showrooms/brands we've tried. Gabriella in the Bristol store was a font of knowledge and really patient and creative helping us choose the right fabrics, sofa style, fillings, sizes, scatter cushions the lot.

Dan and Greg were our delivery team and were friendly, professional, on-time, clean and tidy.

The sofas look to be of fantastic build quality and comfortable. We opted for the firmer foam and feather seats for hopefully less plumping and initial impressions are good.

Jason in the Hungerford showroom was very helpful in choosing our sofa. The correspondence between the shop and then the delivery guys was excellent. Gary and Nic were really professional polite and did a great job putting the sofa exactly where we wanted, and giving us instructions on cushion plumping. All in all a great experience with Sofas and Stuff.

Sofas and Stuff offered a great service with good advice from their store at RedBrick Mill. Dominic Wright offered excellent advice and provided first class customer service. Our sofas were delivered on time and we are very pleased with them. An outstanding aspect of the service was the delivery team of Gary and Mark. They arrived at 7am on a miserable wet December morning, had to wake is up and then help move out the old sofas before installing the new ones. Despite this and their very early start from the depot, they were fantastically cheerful, polite, enthusiastic and helpful. They took great pride in installing the new sofas and ensuring we were completely happy before they left. The best delivery team we have ever experienced.

We liked our first sofa so much, that we bought another. Staff in the Cheltenham store were very knowledgeable and helpful when we were making our choice. The delivery staff, Dave and Garry, were fantastic. Ours is not the easiest house to deliver to, but they took great care and were very respectful of our property.

Very helpful in store and the two delivery drivers Garry and Nic were very friendly and polite when delivering at 7 in the morning and were in and out very quickly.

We have had exemplary service from Sofa and Stuff. The showroom staff were very helpful as were the delivery gentlemen, Gary and Mark. They kept us informed of the delivery and were on time. They were very polite and helpful. First class service!

From the moment we walked into the Salisbury showroom we were made to feel very welcome but at the same time left to wander around at our own pace to view the many types of sofas on display. Whilst upstairs we were invited to have tea and biscuits which was very much appreciated. All three members of staff were friendly and professional and able to give advice. The selection of fabrics is vast and we were given plenty of time to compare materials.
We were not expecting to receive our new sofa until January but were contacted last week to say that it was ready for delivery on Friday 12th December.
Our delivery team was Michael and Gabor who arrived as arranged just after 7am. They were both pleasant, polite and cheerful and respectful. Gabor talked us through the care kit.
We are very pleased with the quality, the pattern and style of the sofa we have received. Our experience from beginning to end with Sofas and Stuff has been trouble free and a pleasure.
I would certainly recommend a visit to their showroom if you are looking to buy a sofa. In fact we are thinking of visiting the Salisbury showroom again in the New Year to order a two seater sofa!

Great from start to finish, a wonderful shop and helpful informative staff. Finished product, so much choice, is perfect, we're thrilled.
