Fantastic sofa and chair the Tignes in Mocha (more dark grey which suits us). Communication via WhatsApp worked well and the guys answered swiftly. Delivery a little over 2.5weeks, lads assembled and took rubbish away. Measure your doors into your house, had to remove a unit to get it in..massive. Looks amazing and good quality. Well happy.

Customer service exceptional, was kept informed about the order, also on the day of delivery service was great, two guys unpacked it checked and took all the rubbish with them, the only thing that is not so perfect its the storage is hard to open as its so heavy but l don't use it daily anyway, thanks for my super sofa

Absolutely over the moon with our sofa
Absolutely over the moon with our sofa, we went for the tignes in rabbit and it’s so comfy I couldn’t actually believe the size of it!
I’m not overly impressed by the delivery company as they insisted they couldn’t fit it through the door ( they could with ease, they got a tape measure out to try and prove me wrong and it backfired massively) they also repeatedly ignored me as i asked them to leave the sofa in the middle of the room as I was paining still, they proceeded to push it up to the wall, luckily the paint had dried ..
but this had nothing to do with sofas and friends, delivery took 2 weeks and the sofa is amazing quality would 100% recommend

Tinges sofa and chair - so far so good
Really good from start to delivery, I sent a video via WhatsApp to confirm the sofa would fit my access, saga was ordered and delivered in 10 days, the two delivery guys where spot on, set the sofa and chair up and even too the packaging away! The sofa itself is spot on, I would definitely recommend it

Amazing obsessed I can’t say thank you enough to the 2…
I can’t say thank you enough to the 2 delivery guys they were amazing efficient, quick, friendly and answered our questions as they were building the sofa.
One item was missing and they got on the phone straight away and sorted it out.
The next day I called to chase the missing item, spoke to a lady who was so apologetic and advised she will get it out to me the same day, it arrived the next day so thank you.
Saved the best till last the TIgnes sofa I am obsessed it is fantastic quality, looks amazing and is so comfortable

We purchased the tignes left corner…
We purchased the tignes left corner sofa in mocha. It is a brilliant sofa - very comfortable. The process in buying was great. Always responded to messages. We went to visit the store before too and was really impressed with what we saw and the service from the staff at the store. The delivery was super quick, we had it within a week. The delivery people were very friendly too and helped put the sofa together. Thank you so much, we are already eyeing up getting a matching chair.

Excellent sofa with outstanding quality and comfort. The materials and finishing feel premium and very durable. Staff were professional, helpful, and easy to deal with, and the delivery was on time and handled with care. Very satisfied with both the product and the service — highly recommended.

Sofa is unbelievable, CS could be better
Sofa is unbelievable! Love it!
Delivery drivers that are used are not the best ended up telling them to just leave it and I ended up doing it myself as they where just knocking it into every wall etc.
Being kept up to date after placing the order can be improved, heard nothing for over a week after paying for the sofa, ended up having to call them to find out what was going on.
Would still recommend however as amazing sofa for a reasonable price.

Sofa is perfect. Delivery guys were very on time, brought it in and assembled it for me. No complaints, was a little weary of some of the bad reviews but my friend had used them before. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
