They text me the parcel it’s gonna arrive between 12:55-13:55 and i been outside all the time and at 13:55 recive a txt and say they didn’t find me at home😤but they didn’t pass at all . And they gonna deliver at the local shop . 😤😤❤️😤Tuesday

We have looked into this and the parcel has been collected from your pick up shop! If you choose for it to go there that is what DPD will do.
It would have been better for you to email and ask us for this update.
It is a shame instead you have chosen to review us as a business based on DPD and not on our product / service which was sent next day and arrived on time within your 2-3 day paid for service.
We would appreciate this being amended as we can see you have collected this parcel and it was only sent Thursday.

Hi, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
Avoid this company. Try to buy cap from them. Order one is arrive to small kids size crazy. Send the massage I can't give it back. Again can belive how you can't give something back ist you rights as costumer special when is kids size. Get to the point where they confirm refund send the item back nothing no money no cap hut whatever. 😤 they stolen money of my pocket just like that. Nearly 40 pound and still on the market. AVOID

You did order with us and you received this order? Or are you attempting another order?
You emailed regarding a return as you said the hat did not fit & we are awaiting your return based on the returns form we emailed you.
Obviously we can not refund something until we have received the item back and have checked that it is unworn and in sellable condition.

Good communications/ customer service
I ordered a jacket from Société Noir, received quickly in post delivered by DPD & not Hermes which is a great thing, unfortunately the jacket was not my style after I tried it on, the pockets were a tad on the small side for my liking. A nice jacket otherwise though (quality) I decided to return but as it was a sale item they're policy doesn't allow returns of sale items, so I contacted them by email, Jack got back to me who was a fair guy & did allow me to return the jacket for a full refund which I received today, so that was decent, cheers ! Would buy again

I like the branding
I like the branding, I'm very disappointed that the baseball cap feels incredibly cheap, I would not buy from this company again afraid to say, the badge is cool the style is cool but the cap is cheap. Maybe you should use New era to put your badging and logos on.
It's not a god review, I don't like writing bad reviews, I hope you get new era caps in the future.

Ordered on the Thursday night and received my beanie, bubble jacket and half zipped top on the Saturday. Great turnaround. But the garms fit perfectly and look so slick. I couldn’t be more pleased….. well yes one very small thing the joggers I desperately want are out of stock….that would defo complete my swag👍🏿👍🏿
