I enjoy using Social Nature because it's very simple to use; easy to buy, use the website, and cash out. However, I wish that when it lists what stores have them, the stores really stock the products. A few times I checked, the stores did not. But Social Nature is great in letting me sample some natural foods/drinks.

Great way to try new products for free or with a big discount. I've discovered many products that are now repurchased on my weekly shopping list. Highly recommend to friends and relatives.

LOVE social nature. It has introduced mcy erfamily and to a whole array of healthy good for you products. Just about everything has been a great experience with this company. The receipt are processed quickly and efficiently. I love this program and will continue to follow their recommendations for heathy eating and living!!

Love being able to try products I probably wouldn’t normally buy.

Site has a large variety of free and 50% cash back items to choose from and many stores to purchase the items from. I appreciate that they give stores in your immediate area making it convenient to find the items, however I do wish that offers weren't limited to areas near you only. There have been times when offers are available at stores that are in areas I can easily access but the offers aren't made available to me. I feel that the consumer should be the one that decides how far they are willing to travel to complete a purchase.

I like to try a new product. Thank you that I can do it for free or almost free.

Only negative is that when uploading my receipt sometimes it won't let me do it with my camera. It will say 'exceeds memory' or something like that.

I really like the ability to find out about new better for you brands and products and test them at discounted rates. Getting my refund is easy after purchasing and I don’t have to worry about coupons or really anything else; just buy and get a refund. I’ve been using social nature for years and I love what it’s been and how well it’s developing

I have enjoyed every product that I have had the opportunity to try through Social Nature. The rebates are quick and easy. All the products are of wonderful quality and some are very expensive so I would not have tried them had it not been for Social Nature. And many I will purchase again.

Horrible customer service. Twice I've had "refunds" where Social Nature says that they sent my refund to my PayPal when nothing was ever received. They sent an email through Tremendous saying my money has been delivered, yet I never received payment or a PayPal email saying I received a payment. When I told them that I never received the payment (even though they sent me an email saying it was on its way), they told me to take it up with PayPal. PayPal says they never sent it. I'm so over this company. I'm out 16.98$ because of this scam company

This is the most honest and trust worthy business out there. They pay immediately and I've never had ANY ISSUES with them at all. Everything has been great and I've done many transactions.

While it can be hit or miss with products being available in my area, when there is a product I'm interested in, the whole process is very easy and seamless. I quickly get my refunds and am able to try products either for free or at a reduced price. It's helpful because sometimes I am introduced to products I normally probably wouldn't find on my own.

I bought the exact product, Carbone pasta sauce, at the location requested, Sprouts market, all done within 2 days of the original offer.

When I sent my receipt for reimbursement they said they couldn't find any matching products.
I followed up with screen shots and then received an email saying "All cash back offers have been claimed". Very unethical, and disappointing!

I love that I can try items I normally might not buy, and the site is so easy to use, I have always had a great experience!
